My Summary
About Me
I have 13 years nannying/childcare experience and have been on maternity leave until recently.
I'm currently looking for a part time position where I would be able to bring my baby son who was born last June (2018). I have plenty of experience with 2/3 children so know I could manage.
My Experience
I started my career in a small nursery in Woking, I stayed for a year but a higher Salary called and I moved on to another small little nursery in West Byfleet. I left there after a year and became a temporary mothers help nanny for a family with a newborn. I helped with school runs for the eldest sibling and general house duties such as shopping and ironing. This contract was only for three months and so I moved onto another family. Here I looked after a 3yoG and twin newborn Boys in a sole charge position. I stayed with the family for a year but had to move on when the family's needs no longer represented what I had to offer. I then worked for a family with one G aged 18months, 6 months later mum became pregnant and was planning a year long maternity so they no longer needed me. Next came a family with 3 children, who I stayed with for 5 1/2 years; looking after their 5yoB, 9yoG and 11yoG. The usual issue of having to move along when the youngest started full time education arose and I started looking after two little girls, one aged 4 and one aged 18months. I stayed with this lovely family for 2 years but again the youngest little one started full time school. I moved onto a lovely family with three children, the middle of which is on the ASD spectrum. For personal reasons I found the position extremely challenging (I was going through IVF at the time) and decided to leave after 8 months and give the family the opportunity to find a specialist Nanny.
My latest position has been as a nanny housekeeper with a family of 3 children (g8 b11 and b13). I will be with them until June 2018 when I start my Maternity Leave and will be looking to return to work with my son late 2018/early 2019.
Please get in touch if you have a position available from March 2019
