About Me
I am a registered Term Time childminder with the care inspectorate who lives in the Giffnock area of glasgow. I am also a member of th SCMA. My service offers the care of children between the ages of 0-12yrs. I have 2 children of my own.I aim to provide a childcare service within a stimulating environmentt and provide daily activities for the children that can include the park, toddlers, day trips, visits to libraries, soft play as well as arts and crafts or baking. I have a large garden with lots of outdoor play equipment. I also provide healthy snacks and drinks. I am a non smoker, drive and live in a pet free home.
My Experience
I was chairperson of the PTA in my childrens primary school for 8 years so have had plenty of experience in a childrens environment as well as organising plenty of activities. I have helped look after my friends kids on several occasions before going into childminding. I have now been doing childminding for some years and really enjoy it. I presently look after a few children ranging in ages from babies to school age.
My Qualifications
I did a professional development award in pupil support and worked in the local primary school for 6 mths during my training. I have also got a st Andrews ambulance first aid certificate and have recently done paediatric training with Archangel. I have attended child protection and basic food handling courses. I also do continuous training with East Renfrewshire Council. I have also just completed a paediatric first aid course.
My Availability
My hours of business are from 8am to 5.30pm. Occasionally I do earlier starts if required. The school I pick up from is OLM . I have some availability so please feel free to contact me for more information. My availability as shown is from August 2025

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
I will be happy to discuss fees with you personally. Any questions or enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me. I prefer to discuss them in person as I charge a daily rate as opposed to an hourly rate.
