Hi I’m Chérie, Ofsted Registered since 2010. Graded good in all areas. I charge a daily rate of £60 per day and open between 8am & 5pm.

Hi , My name is Chérie and I’m an Ofsted registered childminder with 15 years experience. Last inspected on Sept 8th 2022 and graded GOOD IN ALL AREAS with special mentions of my safeguarding and working in partnership with parents
*Based in Coundon, by Coundon Primary school I live with My husband and our 7 year old daughter
*Enhanced DBS checked (as is my husband, although he doesn’t work with me)
*Fully Insured and a member of My Family Care, Pacey, twinkl, and The Early Years Alliance.
*Provider for Tax free childcare, emergency childcare including with bright horizons / emergencychildcare.co.uk for those who get 12 days free childcare covered by their employer per year such as National grid

Ive always adored my job as a childminder. I find working with babies/young children very rewarding, and always have lots of positive feedback from parents.
Ive made long lasting friendships with families over the years
I practice a ‘home from home’ ethos where your child will feel comfortable, safe and loved - They will thrive whilst learning through play and make lasting friendships and memories along the way! Caring for no more than 3 children per day means a smaller, more intimate setting for younger children & babies

My little boy started with Cherie just before his first birthday. I didn't feel ready to leave him and I was anxious/worried about doing so. Cherie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and my little boy's face says it all when I drop him off and pick him up. He absolutely loves being in the setting and I know that he is happy and cared for. Even the way that Cherie speaks about him to me, I know that she has such a genuine bond with him and I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else. I love the photo updates I receive throughout the day, it really perks me up when I am missing him, and I feel so lucky that we found such a loving and caring person to be there for my boy when I can't be.

When looking to leave your baby with what is effectively a stranger its not an easy decision. Cherie didn't stay a stranger for long and we couldn't ask for anymore with how much she has cared for and looked after our little boy. Nothing is too much trouble, Cherie is so accommodating with any needs or requests. Our little boy loves going so much, and we love receiving all the daily updates with his adventures. I'm so happy we found Cherie for our childcare. Thank you ❤️❤️

Cherie is fantastic, I can’t find words to describe how much we appreciate her help. Our son was so happy every time he stayed with Cherie. Well entertained and looked after. I was so afraid of leaving our son in anyone’s care, but in this case he was in the best hands possible.
We had to say our goodbyes with a heavy heart and only because we moved abroad. We miss you terribly!

Cherie is an outstanding childminder the best decision I ever made was sending my little boy to cherie, the love and care she gives him is like home from home. As a single parent the help, support and advice/reassurance she gives to me is second to none as a new mother, she’s just so lovely and easy going. My little boy is so happy and always in a lovely mood every time I pick him up, her settings are safe, fantastic and immaculately spotless for the kids. The thoughtful crafts and updates daily Cherie gives on the app is just lovely, capturing their day and sharing it is priceless for the parents. My little boy has come on leaps and bounds in his development and his little personality, he’s definitely more confident since he’s been with Cherie and his eating habits are so much better. I would never use anyone else, I highly recommend Cherie, we adore you! Thank you for being so kind, lovely and bubbly every morning when you greet us, I know every drop off he’s going to have the best day with you, You are truly the best childminder in Coventry! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My little girl started with Cherie just over a year ago. I was an absolute nervous wreck at the thought of going back to work and sending her into childcare so I really wanted to make sure I found the right fit for us.
Since the day she started Cherie has been absolutely amazing! My little girl settled in so quickly and we all felt so happy with the transition, it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Cherie is so approachable and flexible and nothing is too much trouble for her. We really love the updates we receive and pictures throughout the day to see what they’re up to. My little girl truly loves Cherie and often spends the days that she is not seeing Cherie asking us about her! It’s a home from home environment and we’re so happy we found her❤️

Words would not be enough to describe what a wonderful person Cherie is and how much the kids love her. From the moment she opens the door to greet you to the moment you go to collect your little one, you just know that your mind will be rested as the kids will have a great time. We are very lucky to come across Cherie when we booked her services for emergency childcare initially. We quickly noticed that her setting is excellent and she is very passionate and dedicated to her job, hence we swapped childcare providers and Cherie is now looking after my little daughter 5 days a week. Cherie keeps up all regularly updated, her setting is truly wonderful and my daughter has made a tremendous progress in her overall development since she started at Cherie's setting over 18 months ago. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for our daughter and we truly consider her a family member to us.

My little boy has been going to Cherie since June. It speaks volumes when every morning she opens the door, his arms are up, he’s ready to go in and he has a big smile on his face. Cherie is so kind, caring and loving towards the children, nothing is too much trouble. My little one has several allergies, she has been so understanding and really careful with him.
From day one she has put me at ease (I’m a worrier!) we get update’s throughout the day, she always goes above and beyond to make sure the children are safe and happy. He has come on leaps and bounds since being there…
I could go on! If you’re looking for a childminder who keeps your children happy and safe when they’re not in your care, Cherie would 1000% be my first choice every time.
We will always be grateful for you!💖🍀 xx

Cherie is an amazing childminder. She has liked after my nine month old for the last five months and he absolutely loves his time there. Cherie goes above and beyond and makes sure both the children and their parents are comfortable. She knows the children as individuals, no matter how young they are and I would whole heartedly recommend her. We’re lucky to have her as a childminder!

We were very lucky to stumble across Cherie when we needed her the most. Extremely adaptable and took our LO in for a short term placement and he slotted straight into the gang. My LO absolutely loves Cherie, she is very lovely, understanding and caring. I would recommend her to anyone, we receive updates through out the day and If you’re an anxious parent like me it’s absolutely fabulous and I look forward to seeing my LO having the best time.
