About Me
Hi I am based in tuffley.
My setting is a home from home environment in which children feel happy, secure, and confident where they can flourish. I do lots of engaging activities to encourage their play and stimulate learning.
My garden is a secure outdoor space which has slides, swings, ride on's and many other toys to spark imagination and learning.
I encourage free flow play from inside to outside on fair weather days, and we get outside puddle jumping on the not so fair days.
I regularly attend local playgroups, a variety of parks that offer different physical challenges and problem solving. We go on trips out to places such as Westonbirt and Slimbridge, experiencing nature up close is vital to understanding how to care for wildlife and our planet.
I regularly do a Forest School session – the days may vary so all children can experience this exciting way of learning.
I teach the children phonics, helping them gain skills and understanding, a solid foundation ready for school.

My Experience
Having been a Childminder now for almost 6 years and being a mum to two curious and fun-loving children I feel I have had a wide variety of experiences caring for children.
I am a naturally calm, inquisitive, and positive person, and I bring this into my everyday interactions.
I encourage the children to explore and investigate; everything is fun and as we uncover the exciting mysteries of the world together the children are learning through play.
I am fit and active.

we are constantly updating our CPD in our own time to enhance the childcare provision that we provide.
My Availability
I currently have spaces on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday available immediately.
our normal working hours are Monday to Wednesday 08:00 am to 4.30 pm. Should you require me to provide care for your child outside of these hours please discuss this with me.
