I am a hardworking, organised, trustworthy, caring 29 year old nanny. I view working as a nanny as a privilege and more than just a job I aim to always maintain confidentiality, professionalism and communication between parents. I have a muck in attitude and am willing to be as flexible as possible.
My Experience
I have over 9 years experience in sole charge and shared care/mothers help positions. I have worked with children of all ages from newborn to 16. I also have experience working with twins and triplets as well as children with SEN and children with medical conditions such as Peg feeds. During my nanny posts my duties were to teach toilet training, weaning, sleep training, supporting mums in the transitions between breastfeeding and bottle feeding. As well as cooking home cooked healthy food, washing children's clothes, creative and outdoor play, nursery and school drop offs and pickups, taking on days out, swimming, toddler groups and having lots of fun.
My Qualifications
I have an Early Years Foundation Degree with merit classification (level 5). I am currently Ofstead registered. I have a valid Paediatric First Aid qualification 2015 and own an automatic car with business insurance.
I have undertook training understanding autism, language in boys, safeguarding level 2 and food hygiene.
I also have a qualification in events and wedding planning (Quality of Course September 2012 merit classification). This has been useful in my roles as I have helped organised and plan birthday parties for my previous charges.
