About Me
Hello, my name is Madihah, and I am an OFSTED-registered childminder based in East Ham. I have over 10 years of experience in providing a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
I offer both indoor and outdoor activities to keep children engaged and happy. My home has a lovely garden where children can explore and enjoy fresh air. I also take advantage of the wonderful local amenities, including parks, libraries, and children’s centres, to provide enriching experiences.
I am committed to ensuring that every child in my care feels safe, valued, and encouraged to develop at their own pace. Whether it’s creative play, storytime, or outdoor adventures, I tailor activities to suit each child’s interests and developmental needs.

My Experience
Caring for children has always been a passion of mine. I have been looking after babies and children up to 10 years old for over a decade as an OFSTED-registered childminder, creating a home-from-home environment where they feel happy, safe, and valued.
Before becoming a childminder, I worked as a nursery nurse, where I gained valuable experience in early years education and child development. This role allowed me to support children’s learning, social skills, and independence, which I now incorporate into my childminding approach.
As a mother of three, I understand the importance of providing a loving and nurturing space where children can grow and thrive. I have also cared for my two nephews from time to time, which has further strengthened my ability to adapt to different needs and routines.
I believe communication with parents is key, so I provide daily updates about their child’s time with me. Whether it’s through messages, photos, or a quick chat at pick-up time, I make sure parents feel connected and informed about their little one’s activities, meals, and overall well-being.
Over the years, I have built lasting relationships with families, and I take great pride in the trust they place in me. Many parents have shared wonderful feedback about their children’s experiences in my care, and I’m happy to provide references upon request.

My Availability
My usual hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, but I also work on weekends and bank holidays. I’m very flexible and can start earlier or finish later to accommodate parents with varying work schedules.
I provide healthy meals, snacks, and drinks. I currently offer school and nursery pick-ups/drop-offs from Vicarage Primary School, but if you need pick-up from a different school, please get in touch. If I’m available, I’d be more than happy to help.
If you require childcare outside of my usual hours, feel free to reach out, I may be able to accommodate your needs.

My Fees
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
My fees are reasonable and vary based on individual needs. Discounts are available for siblings. For further information about the care I provide, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
I actively promote healthy eating, and all my prices include snack provisions. However, baby milk and food are not included for children under one year old.
I also accept the following:

School pick-ups (3 PM to 6 PM) are available for £25 per day.

Madihah was a wonderful help to our family during the weekends when she looked after our boys, Patrick and Matteo, . She became very close to our family, taking care of the children with love and attention. Madihah engaged them in fun activities, made sure they were fed and looked after. We trusted her because she was reliable and dedicated. Her caring presence created a special bond with our children, and we appreciate the positive impact she had on their lives. Madihah looked after my 2 year old son. I was left feeling pleasantly inpressed and satisfied by the high standard of her home, it is clean, fresh and spacious enough for children.
Having said she has 3 children of her own and experience. I was comfortable to leave my highly energetic child with her. She was very patient and gave my son ample activities to play with. I highly recommend her. Thank you Madihah!

My daughter is 3 years old and she had 2 brain surgeries, gross developmental delays and she never attended nursery or childminder before. Being a vulnerable child it was very hard to trust someone to take care of her, specially because she’s not talking.
We’ve visited lots of childminders but Medihah is the perfect fit for us. She’s such a lovely, warm heart person and she takes care of Sofia beautifully, always updating us with everything.
I feel so grateful that we met her and o can’t thank her enough for her love and attention to our daughter!

Dear Ana, Thank you so much for trusting me with your daughter, thank you for appreciating my care, it all worked too with team work, you have been very supportive with your daughter's learning and development!
My 5yrs old daughter was so comfortable and overwhelmed with Madihah with her close attention towards her, she utilising the time adequate, well balanced with other responsibilities. Madihah alway take her out and about, she made sure that my kid is in right hand when I am away and also kept me updated with my kid activity by sending me pictures of her. Madihah made me feel relaxed and confident without worrying anything about my kid, when i go work.

Madihah is an absolute godsend! When my child started reception, I had spent 6 month looking for the right person to pick my child up afterschool. And she truly was worth the wait! My son loves the range of activities Madihah offers. He is comfortable in her setting and now happily goes to school in the mornings, excited he will be picked up by auntie Madihah. Madiha gives updates whilst I’m at work and she communicates effectively. Her setting and training is all up to date and she follows all set procedures. I am truly blessed to have found her and my son is a very happy child! Thank you Madihah

Madihah looked after our 9 month old son until he was 2 years old, and he thrived in her care. Madihah's home is clean, welcoming, and provided our son a stimulating learning environment. Madihah gave us regular updates and we were pleased how happy our son was. Madihah is professional, compassionate, and we'd highly recommend her!

I chose Madihah after meeting 5 childminders and a bad experience! I was very reluctant initially after the bad experience but she made me relaxed the first time I met her. She is very professional and her house is immaculate.
I am a teacher my self and her manners and the way she deals with children is very appreciative. My daughters miss her when they don’t go to her. She takes care of them the same way I would do.
She has always co operated whenever I’ve told her I would be running late.
I absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a childminder. She is the best.

Our daughter has been going to Madihah since she was seven months old. Madihah helped her (and us) settle in nicely and now almost eight months later our daughter absolutely loves going there. She is always calm when she arrives at Madihah's house and is often smiling and very busy playing or exploring (or eating) when we pick her up. There are always other children at Madihah's house and they all look happy and busy exploring all the toys and activities. It is a lovely homely environment for babies, toddlers and children and Madihah always gives a good report on what the children have been up to during the day. We originally found it quite challenging finding a childminder but we are all so happy to have found Madihah and always feel a peace of mind knowing our little girl is well looked after and having lots of fun. We can both highly recommend Madihah.
