I am an Ofsted accredited childminder with good experience in childcare. I hold Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Children Protection (Safeguarding) Certificate, Parenting Courses Certificate, Strengthening Families Strengthening Community Courses Certificate, and Share Programme Certificate.
I regularly attend courses to keep my skills updated.
Likewise, I am a loving patient person, I enjoy spending time with children and have a great experience as a nanny before being accredited by Ofsted. My two beautiful twin sons attend Cuckoo hall academy and are very kind and attentive boys. We are a very close family and welcome any child that comes into our home as our own and treat them with the love and kindness that any child would require. We promote good discipline and a healthy diet, as well as having great fun going to the park or doing creative activities in the house. Likewise, we also enjoy the soft play.
My home is very clean and tidy. It's set up for children with impute by the children. All children are treated as part of the family. Your child will be well cared for in my home, and as a parent, you will know that your child will be well looked after. As a parent, you are welcome to see the premises and observe my family during your visit. You will know what your child eats and what activities they did during the day as a diary will be kept.

I am located in N9 North London (Edmonton, Ponders End, Enfield) 3 minutes from Woodpecker Primary School. Other local schools and nurseries drop off and pickups are available. My home is well-organised, spacious and welcoming.
Little Hands Childminding Group provides a secure, loving environment with a creative and stimulating play area for your child and one-to-one attention. I take every Child's needs seriously. I provide a very flexible service which will work in partnership with you, the parents. Furthermore, I offer all-day child minding to a few hours, weekends and overnight care. I go to parks, toddler groups, soft play, and many other activities.
Little Hands – Childminding Group welcomes Parents with Government funded childcare grants and is independently funded.
My Experience
I have a great experience with newborns and toddler age groups of children. I am confident in dealing with challenging behaviour and caring for child needs. Not only that, but I specialise in the 0-8 age group as I have all set up and needs for this group.
My Qualifications
I hold Paediatric First Aid Certificate, Children Protection (Safeguarding) Certificate, Parenting Courses Certificate, a Strengthening Families Strengthening Community Courses Certificate, Share Programme Certificate, a clear DBS certificate, TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism.
I regularly attend courses to keep my skills updated.
My Availability
Although I am available on short notice, I insist on meeting the child and the family before providing this service. Otherwise, I am available at very flexible hours to meet parents' demands and Child's needs.

Littlehands(Rolanda and Remi) have been providing childcare for my family since 2017.
The care and love they have for the children is wonderful, they really care for the children as if one of their own.
I can confidently go to work knowing my child is in a safe place where they are learning and developing new skills ,having fun and recieving nutritous meals to support their growth.
My child really enjoys learning new topics and going out on trips to explore.
Rolanda keeps a lovely record of the children's development, I really appreciate being able to see my child's learning journey and milestones.
Littlehands are passionate about what they do and work hard to keep up with regulations, guidelines and training.
Rolanda and Remi have been amazing, and are supportive of children and their family.
I really appreciate you both ❤️

My son had been going to Rolanda for several years, including over night/weekend stays. It was a wonderful experience and we felt like being part of their family. They go above and beyond to make sure children receive the best care, healthy food, education and lots of indoor/outdoor activities. I honestly could not have asked for better childminders and even now, when my son no longer needs childminding, we still stay in contact, because people like them you want to keep in your life. Highly recommended!

Rolanda and Remi are brilliant with the children! They keep a busy schedule of learning, fun and adventures while providing a loving and healthy environment for the kids to thrive in. We have also been very impressed by the amount of time and consideration going into the kids' learning journeys where Rolanda keep us updated on what they're up to, our children's development and where our comments and opinions are encouraged as well. Rolanda's continued efforts and dedication to expand her knowledge and skills, on top of all essential certifications, is inspiring and impressive.
Little Hands really is like a second family for our kids and I cannot recommend it enough!

The absolute best childminder by FAR- I am not being baised but Rolanda is the best, my Danil absolutely loves her although I think uncle remy gives her a run for her money because my son loves uncle remy. From a year old she has been caring for my son and to date not a bad word. He has blossomed and come out of his shell so much. He was very shy and his interaction and comfort with rolanda and other children is alot to do with that because she was so very patient with him.Rolanda is so attentive and caring in every way. My child eats a freshly prepared meal every day and thats one of things I love about rolanda. She cares and feeds the kids healthy and it is not the same everyday. Its always something different. There is outdoor space and a nursery area for the children and she still finds time to take them to the park, on walks and to visit animals- what more could I ask for!. The kids are never just sitting. My son loves it there. Everyday he ask about his friends at nursery and his aunt and uncle who look after him so well. Let's not mention Rolanda is clean freak. The place is clean,in two years no nursery illness due to the place being dirty because its always so tidy. She is lovely and friendly. She is patient with the children because everyone knows settling in is not easy but she always find a way to make it work that works for children as well. I cannot sing her praises high enough. Great childminder and we love her for all she does for us.

Oh... thank you so much for this feedback 😍 oh... uncle Remy 🤦♀️ favourite person in our house and every child loves him 😍 starting to think if I should make a new rules that applies specifically for uncle Remy 🤔😄
Am I clean freak 🤔? Yes I am but just because I think is important for every child to be in clean environment, so growing they would understand importance of being clean environment.
Meals? As you already mentioned only freshly prepared and cooked every day. Ask any child what is their favourite meal of the day? Can guarantee 99% would say soups 🍲.
