About Me
I am a mother of four (ages 26, 22,19 & 11 years) I also have 2 grandsons aged 5 & 6 years old.
My Experience
I was a registered childminder for 10 years before deciding to work in a private Nursery for the past 3 years. I have now re registered with ofsted as a childminder.
Update: I was 1 of 4 childminder’s nominated for Essex childminder of the year…

I have had the privilege of entrusting my three children to Nicci's exceptional care over the past 21 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. From my eldest, now 21 years old, to my two younger children, aged 6 and 4, Nicci has consistently provided a loving, nurturing, and safe environment. Her unwavering commitment to their well-being, coupled with her high-ranking qualifications, has ensured each child’s individual needs are met with exceptional care. Nicci’s genuine affection and protective nature have always given me peace of mind, knowing my children are in the best possible hands. I couldn’t recommend Nicci enough. From the day my son started he absolutely loved her. Nicci is such a caring loving and kind childminder. I am also really impressed with the development of my son within the first 2 weeks of being with Nicci he was able to articulate himself much clearer. He loves going to her and never crys when I leave him.

We found Nicci to be excellent in all areas in caring for our son when he was 2 years of age.
Very reliable and always willing to help as much as possible and provide advice and development.

I can't recommend Nicci enough. She is reliable, very professional yet such a maternal and sweet person. She made it easy for us to trust and leave our baby for the first time outside the home under her care. We had an excellent communication report about our son’s routine and development. She is transparent and honest. We are very grateful to her.

My son absolutely loved going to this amazing lady every day.The mornings were the highlights of his day. The best fun and safe space 5 star care for my son. I so recommend this amazing lady with a home to home care.
