About Me
My name is Hayley Pearce. I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder. I have worked in childcare since July 2006 as a Primary School Teacher and a Deputy Manager in Nursery before having my own child in October 2017. I live with my fiance Roger and our son Giovanni. I live in a middle terrace three bedroom property with a safe enclosed garden.
I offer a home from home experience, and work to ensure that every child feels safe, valued and cared for so that they are fully able to enjoy their learning and play experience and create happy and fun childhood memories within our family setting.
Parent/carer partnerships are important to me and I am keen to develop a positive and strong relationship that promotes 2-way open dialog, this ensures your child’s needs are best met and will help them achieve their full potential.
We attend various toddler groups / childminding groups mixing with other children and childminders, as well as visiting local parks and nature reserves. We also go further afield to farms, soft play and even to the beach.

My Experience
I am a Qualified Primary School Teacher (level 6).
I have worked in childcare since 2006 first as a Primary School Teacher, then in Nursery as Deputy Manager.
I hold a current DBS, Paediatric First Aid and am fully insured.

Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
I offer full time, part time, and term time only spaces.
I am available for school drop off and pick ups from Manor Field.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
Early Years full-time places: £6.00/hour (including breakfast, healthy snacks and lunch)
Before and after school rate: £6.50/hour (including breakfast and healthy snacks).
Funded entitlement for eligible 2 year olds as well as 3 and 4 year olds offered.
Please provide nappies and formula.

Hayley has been looking after our two children for a year and a half. My son was 16m old when I started a new full time job and our daughter was going into reception class with her first year at school.
Hayley is fantastic providing a variety of activities, Tuff trays, books, cooking and baking, outdoor play, water fun, local National Trust and Garden adventure exploring, children’s charity events, farm and library visits, arts and creative crafts. She selects topical themes and celebrates/ plans around these. Hayley has been really imaginative and follows the interests of the individual child.
Hayley is friendly and approachable, listens carefully and is thoughtful in her approach. She has been able to drop off and pick up from the local primary school and provide a home from home setting.
Hayley is very reliable providing excellent care for our two children.

Hayley has been looking after our son Oliver since January this year! She is amazing, reliable, fun, professional and compassionate.oliver is so happy in her care and comes home daily with artwork, cookies, and most importantly a big smile. If you want a caring and truly wonderful childminder Hayley is your lady. We can not recommend her enough. Thank you Hayley you are an absolute star.
