This is a sole charge position. I’m responsible for looking after a little boy aged 11 months (at the start of the role). I am focused on the baby, organising and implementing his daily routine and helping him to grow, learn and develop. My daily duties involve: preparing bottles of milk, healthy meals for him and the family, changing nappies,, planning and organising age related activities to improve motor, sensorial and cognitive skills, playing with the baby and taking him to the park, tidying up play areas and general housekeeping duties like washing up, dishwasher and baby’s laundry.

Afterschool Nanny/Full time nanny during Holidays Half terms
This was sole charge position. I was responsible for looking after two boys aged 11 and 9 when I left. My daily duties involved: picking them up from school, supervising homework, pick up/drop off activities, classes and play dates, planning and preparing meals for the family and general housekeeping duties like tidying up rooms washing up and ironing (for the kids). I worked with this family for nearly five years and I gave mi notice only because I had relocated to Kent and the commute was quite intense.

My daily duties involve: picking him up from school, playing with him, taking him to activities, classes and play dates, preparing meals and general housekeeping duties like cleaning and tidying up his room, washing up and ironing. This was a sole charge position. I was responsible for looking after a little girl aged 3 months (at the start of the role). I was totally focused on the baby, organising and implementing her daily routines and helping her to grow, learn and develop. My daily duties involved: preparing bottles of milk , washing and bathing as well as changing nappies, providing healthy meals and snacks during weaning, planning and organising age related activities to improve motor, sensorial and cognitive skills, playing with the baby and taking her shopping & to the park, tidying up bedrooms and play areas, attending any medical appointments or social events with the baby and general housekeeping duties like cleaning, washing up and ironing. (4 days per week)

Plastow Family – London April 2013/ April 2014
Private Household Personal Assistant/Nanny
Based within the Employer’s home, I supported the Plastow family. Whilst the children were at school, I assisted with admin and basic bookkeeping duties, planning and booking holiday itineraries, managing household accounts, organising daily family tasks like dropping off the dry-cleaning, taking pets to the vet, arranging household grocery orders/purchases and household repairs. When the children (10 and 12 years old) were home, my attention and focus was entirely on them, supervising homework and school projects, taking them to activities, classes and play dates, preparing meals, tending to children’s washing and ironing. I was also responsible to provide Italian language lessons. (5 days per week)

Salmeri Family - Rome - Italy January 1994- April 2003
Part-Time Nanny
This was both a sole charge position and a mothers help in which I cared for a newborn girl. Duties included feeding/changing nappy and light household duties. Afterwards picking the child up from school, teaching her arts and crafts, taking trips to the park and helping her with any homework she may have. Prepared meals and tended to the child's washing and ironing. (5 days per week)

My Qualifications

10+ years experience both in childcare and cooking. Bilingual (English/Italian) and experienced with special needs and children on the spectrum. Cache Level 2 Understanding Autism and Special Learning Difficulties.

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
• Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)

13.50 net per hour
