About Me
My name is Nafees, I am a registered childminder in Birmingham, based in Kings Heath area. I am first Aider and I have public liability insurance too. I provide home cooked meals, halal and vegetarian only. As a childminder I provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment where children are able to learn and enjoy, build up confident and to fulfill their full potential, i go to playgroup every Tuesday mornings, library and park.
I have EEE FUNDING places available for 2-3-4 yr olds too.
I also do children's learning journals from (0-5yrs ) by linking to the EYFS outcomes, I make sure all children are safe, learn and develop in my setting. Please message me if you have any questions for me :)
My Experience
I have many years of experience with working with children before i became registered, I worked at a school for 10 years.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified level 3 practitioner and registered childminder I have my safeguarding , food hygiene certificate and my assistance is level 3 qualified in childcare cache diploma, and recently graduated in Early Years Childhood studies.
My Availability
I am available from 7am -7pm Monday to Sunday.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
I charge :
£10 per child mornings
£15 per child afternoon.
£45 per child weekday (whole day)
£25 for half a day that is 4 hours if the child is registered more than 3 days a week
£53 on weekend
£30 half a day on weekends (4 hours).

Both of my children have attended with Nafees and from day 1 have received an exceptional delivery of care. I wanted a service that was in a homely and nurturing environment. They're basic needs were exceeded and they were helped to prepare for Early Years Foundation Stage in preparation for school.
Both my children wanted to stay but we only moved on due to one starting school and moving house. They absolutely miss attending with Nafees, I couldn't rate them anymore highly :-)

I have a 2 year that has been in the care of nafees for quite some time now. After being recommended by a family member, I have never been more happy and fulfilled with the level of care that has been given to my child. I know she is in good hands, when ever nafees had any concerns about my child she never hesitates to phone me and let's me know straight away! my daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, where she has made lots of new friends. I always get updates through out the day, of what my daughter has been up to, which is great! I don't have one bad thing to say about nafees, such a wonderful loving calm person, nothing but love! thank you for all your outstanding care! xx

This childminder appears professional , but lacks basic child communication skills.
Our experience of her was that she never comforted or gave any report about our 2 year old son, as to what he did in the day ect..
The childminder is simply lacking in various other skills and appeared very prejudice towards men,as she asked my wife to drop and pick my son up,not me!
Overall,this childminder is run as a business , not a very caring service.

My baby is 10 months old and I was really apprehensive about putting him in childcare. After an extensive search for the care that I would have peace of mind knowing that my baby would well looked after, I chose Nafees. They kept me informed on how he was settling in, my baby absolutely loves it there. It's a home from home environment and Nafees and Rabia are lovely people and fantastic childminders and very professional.

I wish I could give Nafees & Robia 100 stars for the amazing service they have provided for my 9 month old son. Even though he only went for a few months, my baby boy has grown amazingly in such a short period of time. He was a very clingy baby but they managed to turn that around by boosting his confidence and trust around others, adults and children. They are very kind, helpful and respectful people and I can't recommend them enough. They are also very understanding to personal circumstances and never put any pressure on you. I really can't thank them enough but I pray that Allah showers them with all his blessings and love because they truly deserve it. Their house is clean, has good space and amazing atmosphere.

Thankyou for the lovely review 🤗 it was a pleasure to take care of Yaseen whilst in our care.
It’s always a hard decision trying to work out who to leave your baby with. My daughter was only 9 months old when I returned to work and Wheelers Lane put my mind at complete ease. I had daily updates and they even sent me photos of her during the day so I knew she was happy with them and she absolutely loved everyone there. Food is freshly prepared and they are very attentive. I would recommend them

I have a 1year old boy that I leave with Nafees she is the BEST!! My mind is at ease and I can relax knowing my child is in good hands as I am a very anxious parent and won’t just leave my child with anyone but after meeting Nafees she put my worries at ease! Sends pictures and updates of you’re child through out the day! My child comes home happy and I feel as he’s become more confident being around other kids also she takes them park and places for the kids to enjoy! my child is very active and when he comes home he’s really calm so i know that he’s been really busy lol he’s well looked after and fed on time, also she’s really flexible!! And that’s the sort of childminder I need as I am very random with my days! would defiantly recommend to any parent she truly loves being around kids and has the most calm n relaxing personality!! THANK YOU for looking after areez!! Will see you soon xxx

Thankyou for an amazing review! 🤗 We enjoy taking care of Areez in our care, our aim is always to keep children and parents happy as that’s our main priority.
Nafees is everything I hoped I'd find in a childminder when I found I needed childcare for my children. She put me and my children at ease immediately as this was my first time leaving them, outside of the family. My 2 children (8months and 6 at the time of going to Nafees). They always have amazing adventures at the parks, Nafees is always sending regular diary reports and photos of my children's activities, and how they are getting along.

Only took my son for 4hrs two weeks to get used to her and then 3rd week was supposed to be longer but i had to collect him sooner. She didnt give him chance to settle in and sent me a txt on mothers day to say she wouldnt take him.
Also every time collected she never gave him food i sent and explained about he always wanted fed once home.
Didnt get me to fill any forms in.
Not very professional in my eyes

My son has been attending Wheelers Lane Childminding service for about a year now and after trying out 2 nurseries I am more than happy I changed to Nafees. Nafees looks after my son very well and is always understanding and helpful when it comes to studies. I would definitely recommend her services to anybody! My son has learnt to walk, talk and has a high level of understanding due to Nafees positively pushing him to do his best! There are always lovely smelling meals being cooked and the setting is always clean.
You will not regret your decision.
