Nannying for us while on holiday

From start to finish Liane filled us with confidence with her abilities. The kids (4 and 6 years old) loved her from the get go and they absolutely enjoyed having her look after them for the 10 days that we were away. Our little ones can be a bit much at times as most kids like to push the boundaries. However Liane has an amazing calm energy that keeps the kids in check from pushing too far. Ever since she has left, the kids keep asking when will she be back.
She kept the house in perfect order, while keeping the kids clean, fed and entertained. Every time we facetimed the kids, they always seemed to have been doing something fun and very excited to tell us what they have been up to for the day.
We have just hired her again for a short getaway at the end of the year. Cant wait to tell the kids she will be back. They will be super excited.

Wholeheartedly recommend excellent nanny

It is our pleasure to wholeheartedly recommend Liane as a nanny. She has been looking after our two children (both under 5 at the start) with the utmost care and commitment for the last 20 months. We will miss her very much, as she is relocating shortly.
Liane’s main duties have been focused on the children and have included getting them ready for and taking them to school/pre-school, cooking nutritious meals and batch cooking for the freezer, taking our youngest to toddler groups and playdates, planning a variety of fun outings for them both during school holidays, as well as arts & crafts, baking, and other activities. Liane has also helped with regular laundry, food shopping, packing away the family’s online food shopping orders, tidying and cleaning toys.
Liane has a wealth of experience in childcare, and she is always available to give sound advice. Liane is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and punctual, and she communicates extremely well, updating us on what the children have been up to and notifying us of any concerns. Her approach is organized, mature, and conscientious and she sets clear boundaries with the children. She has taken our children on a wide variety of outings which they have thoroughly enjoyed and is particularly inventive with arts and crafts projects and creative play when at home. Liane is very thoughtful and always asking what else she can do to help.
Both our children are confident, happy and caring little people and we genuinely believe Liane has played an active role in this. It is incredibly reassuring that we have been able to go to work and not had to worry about them.

Nanny

Liane has looked after our daughter for the last two years. She has been very reliable throughout that period and flexible when needed. Our daughter is extremely fond of Liane and enjoys all the activities that she organises, with lots of crafts and fun outdoors. Everything has a clear focus around the Early Years Foundation Stages which helps us monitor her development. We feel very confident leaving our daughter with Liane, knowing she is well qualified to care for her and seeing our daughter happy, growing in confidence and well behaved.

Excellent Childminder

Liane has been caring for my little boy 4 days a week since he was 9 months old and he has just turned 3. I have always been very happy with the care that Liane has provided. She provides a warm, safe and friendly home. She is reliable and flexible - I don't think she has had a day off sick since I have known her.
Liane provides a wide range of activities, both in the home and out and about in the local area. She has an in depth knowledge of early years development and has closely monitored my sons progress, providing him the right opportunities and stimulus to develop.
It is with a great deal of sadness that my son will be finishing with Liane at the end of April and it is only because I am starting maternity leave again ????. We will be staying in close contact and will see her and the friends my son has made with her at the local groups and events.
I would recommend Liane to any one wanting reliable, homely, educational and great value childcare.

Liane

Liane has looked after my son, Jack, since he was 13 months old for two days a week and I’ve been extremely happy with the care he has received there. He’s always well looked after, cared for, well fed and comes home tired after a day of fun and socialising with his friends. The facilities at Liane’s home are really warm and welcoming and Jack settled in immediately, which was a relief for me. Every day Liane provides an activity sheet of what they’ve been up to, which I find really helpful. Liane provides a well balanced week of interesting activities for the children – which might include visits to toddler groups, farms, country parks and soft play – all kinds of places. They also do a lot of creative activities, like making things to bring home. Often the activities are associated with a theme, like a colour or a season. When they’re doing more relaxed activities at home, she has a whole range of educational, age appropriate toys and books. Jack always eats really well at Liane’s; healthy home cooked food. Jack has learnt a lot in Liane’s care – from socialising, to tidying up, to how to put his coat on himself. Overall, I thoroughly recommend Liane as a childminder. Jack has been happy and well looked after in her care.
