Professional and great organised childminder

We strongly recommend Ania who is a very nice and a responsible person.
She was taking a great care of our daughter. The place was always very clean and tidy. Children spend lots of time having activities outside. There were also doing arts and crafts. Our daughter had always happy time with Ania.

The best childminder we ever had

My daughter Emily was happy to be in Anna's childminding care for over 9 months and we were very sad to find out we need to find a new childminder due to her maternity leave. Now after some time, having my daughter in the care of a different childminder, I realised even more how great was Anna's compared with the new one. We had a strong bond, and my daughter loved Anna from our first visit, this being her first time in someone else care apart from her parents. I would give Anna an outstanding rating for the services she provided to my daughter on the basis of: kindness, well manners and respectful in speech, care, passion and patience in explaining new things related to day by day use of the environment around my child, stimulating the child to be active and playful and learn new tasks, keeping her home safe and very clean, providing organic healthy snacks, very good filing system to record child development. She likes to search for new things to be first to know about new trends in the childminding and child development. We are still in touch with Anna visiting her when appropriate to both of us, and we hope to maintain this happy relationship. My daughter misses the time she had at her place, playing with her son, and even now she is more interested to see Anna's new baby growing. We will always remember her as our first and the best childminder.
Anna has a wide range of toys for different age groups, stimulating the child development, she knows to make the day interesting having many activities during the session , she has soft toys for youngers kids and always teaches to older kids to be careful around them and help the little ones to play.
Anna kept me informed on daily basis of what they did for the day and emailed me photographs weekly to show my daughter's progress.
Anna is vegetarian and puts great interest and care in the quality of the food ingredients and meals for her family but also for the children in her care.
She is great in knowing how to temper a child and with a soft voice and lowering at their level she speaks to the children explaining them the situation and giving them reasonable solutions with two options to choose from. All the children learnt very quick, to be responsible and respect each other, wait for their turn, learn to share. I didn't see any aggressive behaviour or tantrums from children in her care for the entire of our time at her care. Children where very happy and with an outstanding behaviour in her care.
She didn't have any sick day off, or to cancel our sessions at short notice, which makes her a very reliable childminder in my opinion. She is working hard and will de her best to put her client's interest first.
All the kids were very happy with Anna and many missed her when they needed to move to a different childminder. My daughter had grown to become a very confident little girl with a kind behaviour and great understanding of the world around her. Even we are not in Anna's care for over 9 months, my daughter Emily memory about her friends from Anna is as fresh as it just happened yesterday. My daughter never cried while in Anna's care and she was so excited in the mornings she had to come to her for the full day care session. We are talking on weekly basis about Anna and always will try to make time to see her and her own children. Anna and her sons will always be my daughter's first best friends.

A Godsent

We looked for a childminder who was open to the idea of working through school term time only, so Anna fitted this build perfectly. She looked after our toddler, for a span of under 6 months. We had to discontinue our contract with her, due to circumstances.

Her and her family unit, are so friendly and hospitable. Her home is child friendly and kept immaculately clean. Anna provides plenty of individual attention to the child, while looking after a small group of children, as well as her own two children.

She provides plenty of outdoor activities, taking the children to the park for fresh air and playtime. Personally I find she is quite physically fit also to run around the children. Generally she keeps the children entertained with various indoor and outdoor activities, and plays on their key talents.

Anna was very understanding to our circumstances eg: us being late on a couple of occasions, she has a relaxed and caring personality. It made us feel reassured that we had her as our aid.
What we liked especially is that she would sample many vegetarian food options with our child. Her idea of keeping things to organic fruit and veg showed, she had the same health ethics as us.

We greatly appreciated her daily updates, which gave us some knowledge (while we were at work) of what our child was doing, and making the most of the day. Good communication is key and we found we definitely had that with Anna. She is amazing and we would hope she finds work with many other parents because of her caring nature and love for children. As a whole, she is a delight to work with, and we got on great. She understood what we wanted as parents and incorporated that in her daily routine.
