The world has changed, especially for children, but their needs haven’t. They still need to feel safe, have close family relationships, enjoy their time in daycare and have friends to play with.
Here we are a small setting very aware of the importance of a work life balance.
Whether you require a full day or a few hours, we tailor our provision to meet the needs of your family.
I am flexible, Ofsted registered and attend regular training.

After viewing a few childminders I knew Popperellas was where I wanted my daughter to go. At the viewing Lisa was lovely and welcoming and put my mind at ease answering any questions i had.
As a first time mom I was very emotional doing the first drop off but Lisa was lovely and sent me several messages throughout the day to let me know how my daughter was getting on.
Since my daughter started at Popperellas she has come on leaps and bounds. She loves going and often doesn’t want to let go of Lisa to come home. This shows me she loves it there and it’s like a second home for her.
I highly recommend Popperellas to anyone needing a childminder!

I had to move my little girl from another nursery to Popperellas at very short notice last year. After meeting Lisa I felt instantly very lucky that she had a spot available and was willing to accommodate the hours we needed. Lisa's house is impeccably clean and tidy with lots of space for playing, both indoors and outdoors. My little girl settled incredibly quickly, has developed a very secure bond with Lisa and her family and has flourished at Popperellas. Just speaking with Lisa it is clear she is very passionate about the job and cares deeply about the children she looks after. Lisa is very patient but firm with the children and makes sure their individual needs are met, always happy to make time for lots of cuddles. I couldn't recommend Popperellas enough and regardless of whether you are looking for a nursery or childminders, Popperellas is well worth checking out.

Lisa & Lee have been looking after my daughter since she was 6 months old. I was initially really scared to leave her with someone else as she was so young but Lisa was so kind, flexible and caring that she instantly put me at ease. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel like she has become a friend as well as childminder! My daughter does her happy dance when she realises we are at their house and is always giggling and happy when we pick her up.

After visiting Lisa, I knew instantly that Lisa was the perfect person to look after our son. Nothing is too much and Lisa works perfectly around the hours I needed, with no hesitation. My little boy has settled so well and gets excited every time he gets dropped off, always very reassuring as a parent.
I highly recommend Lisa to anyone, as she is very caring, honest and passionate about what she does!
Can’t wait to see our little boy develop whilst here☺️

After meeting Lisa we knew instantly we wanted her to be our sons childminder!
Her house is immaculate, well organised with so much space for the children to play safely and so homely.
She genuinely cares for our son as recently he was poorly and she kept checking in to see if he was ok!
Our sons face lights up when he sees Lisa every morning and as a parent you want your child to be happy and looked after and we know our son is both these when with Lisa.
I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

I searched and searched for childminder after my son was due to start somewhere and the childminder let me down last minute. Lisa accommodated and fit him in the following week! She is lovely so bubbly and kind and my son absolutely loves going there. I'm so happy I found her, I don't worry about him during the day whilst I'm at work as I know he is having fun! Her house and garden and the whole setting is absolutely lovely! They say things happen for a reason and i am glad i found her. Thank you xx

Our son loved his time with Lisa and her family. He settled so well and gained so much confidence. It felt like he was part of the family and we never had any doubt he was in a loving environment, a home from home! Would definitely recommend.

Lisa has cared for my 2 children and I wouldn't go to anyone else. A high quality service offering all the essentials and more that your child could need when their not in your care. It's clear to see the passion that Lisa has for all the children at popperellas and its shows in her care that childminding isn't just a job. Leaving your children is a hard thing to do but Lisa has made the whole process so easy for me and seeing the genuine excitement on my baby's face when he goes there is lovely and confirms that he also approves 😊. I love that I can track his day via a secure website and see what he has done, ate etc. Overall a fantastic childminder offering such a high standard sservice

After viewing many local nurseries and childminders, I’m so glad we found Lisa. My son settled in straight away and absolutely loves going to Lisa’s house and being in her care for over two years now.
Lisa’s beautiful big clean home is like a mini nursery but home from home, with loads of space for the children to learn, play and develop.
Myself and my little boy both feel he is safe, loved and cared for when his in Lisa’s profession, fun learning, friendly care.
I couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of my precious little boy. Thank you for taking care of my little boy like his your own and always being very approachable, working with me to make my son feel comfortable, happy and having lots of fun while learning and developing so much since being with you :)
My new little baby girl addition will soon be joining her brother and all the fun :)
