Yolande has looked after our daughter for a year. From the moment we met her, Yolande immediately put us at ease with her kind, caring, trustworthy and professional manner. She loves her daughter as much as our daughter loves her, and treats our girl as one of her own, which has been extremely reassuring to me after returning to work after maternity leave and not having any family nearby.
Yolande plans a large variety of activities, goes on days out & has created a wonderful space in her home and garden for children to use. Yolande truly has a fun and educational environment for children with lots of learning through play. My daughter has thrived in her care and I have seen an enormous change in her overall behaviour and development.
Yolande is attentive to details so I was sure my baby was safe with her but is also attentive to development opportunities. These would always be logged so I never feel like I’m missing out on anything. She always keeps us up to date with how our daughter is doing and what she’s been getting up to.
Yolande is accommodating to our needs particularly in providing extra care when needed when work hours have been problematic throughout this pandemic.
I can’t recommend Yolande enough. I have total peace of mind leaving my daughter in her care. Exceptional childcare from an exceptional lady.
