About Me
Hello, my name is Marcia RUSSELL. I am an Ofsted registered child-minder rated ''Good'' in 2023 and a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). I have 20 years’ experience as being a youth worker. As a registered child-minder I thrive to provide an excellent service that meets parent’s needs whilst maintaining a safe, caring, loving, innovative and creative learning environment for the children. I have a large home with a spacious garden and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. I regularly visit local parks and toddler groups with the children. I cater for special dietary needs. I offer childminding services at my home on Mondays to Fridays. You are welcomed to come for a visit and have your names put onto the waiting list as availability will be based on a 'first come, first served basis.' My working hours are 8am to 6pm. To enhance your child's learning and social experience, we regularly visit play groups, local parks, farms and a lot of fun packed activities outdoors and indoors.

Experienced as an Ofsted Registered Childminder and a member of the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). Provide an excellent service that meet the parent's needs whilst maintaining a safe, caring, loving, innovative and creative learning environment for their children. Always promote a safe, caring environment and promote an inclusion policy. Professional, caring and look after the well-being of children. Endeavour to meet the needs of children's welfare, learning and development requirements outlined in the Early Years Framework. I worked at a nursery, for my Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance my experience and qualifications.

Responsive, caring...lovely home. Marcia would take on board all my requests for baby and was there during a difficulttime in our lives with her warmth and encouragement.
