About Me
Hi I am a ofsted registered childminder. I live on salhouse road with my husband, 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter. I live in a house with a newly done outdoor space. I now have a self contained cabin I work from. I am friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and caring.
I have been childminding for the past ten years and love my job. I work alongside parents, following the routine of the child and meeting the needs of the child and parent. I provide an 'All about me' book when the child starts so I can get as much knowledge of the child to help meet their needs. I now use babysdays to help me plan and track your child’s development and send photos.
I have a large variety of toys and games for a range of ages. The garden is set up with mud kitchen, see saw and various ride on toys. I am currently in the process of building a cabin so I had have activities set up all the time. We go on days out to the park, broads, library and playgroups. I have a pass for the dinosaur park and a museum pass. We go out to these places at least once a week. I love to go out exploring the world with the children and talking about what we see.
I have a seven seater car so am able to do school drop off and pick ups. I can do school pick ups and drop offs to Hillside school. I am currently full for school aged children.
My Experience
As well as bringing up my own two children, I have over 18 years experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting. Four of those years at supervisory level. I have been childminding since 2013 and have had a range of children aged 3 months to 12 years who I looked after. I also have newborn experience. I have worked in schools and in various nurseries whilst on placement.
My Qualifications
I have a diploma in childcare and education (level 3) and have great knowledge of the early years foundation stage. I am fully first aid trained (July 2023) and trained in child protection and safeguarding (February 2024 ) I have completed my childminding registration training. I have had training in food hygiene and behaviour management. I am registered as a data controller.
I was recently inspected by ofsted in November 2019 and got a Good rating. My report can be seen online.
I am now starting the early years professional development programme to further my knowledge of child development.
My Availability
I haven’t got any spaces at the moment but will possibly have space on a Monday from September 2025. I accept government funding and tax free childcare. I am now offering babysitting in the evenings after 6pm in your own home. I have lots of availability for babysitting.

Tasha looked after my 3 years old son and 20 months old then daughter until they moved onto a nursery. Brilliant with kids, well looked after and lovely setting, they enjoyed a variety of activities and learning including indoor and outdoor activities; walks, trips to parks and forests. The kids really enjoyed their time with Tasha and were always excited to attend. I found Tasha friendly, reliable and flexible which was very helpful. Good communication, always kept us informed of their daily routine and activities; sent them home with individual daily login sheet with a summary of daily routine/ activities. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Working full time I needed someone to look after my children. I was looking for somebody that I know my children would be safe and happy with; and to build a good relationship with their childminder due to how many hours they would be there each week. Here I found Natasha.
Natasha was my children's childminder from August 2015 to February 2016. Throughout that time, Natasha has been absolutely wonderful.
My children always loved going there after school, and always eager to tell me what an exciting day they had.
Natasha did a variety of things with the children from cooking, role playing, arts and crafts, phonics, outdoor activities with many outdoor equipment and days out through half term.
Natasha has a warm welcoming personality, she has showed this by the way she interacts with the children. With her kind, friendly approach she made the settling in period a lot more comfortable, especially for one of my children who can be clingy and weary of new places.
Given the option to have Natasha as my childminder again, I wouldn't have to think twice and certainly let her care for my children again.
