I live with my husband Michael and grown up son, Tom. We are a happy family and enjoy spending quality time together when we can.
I am happy and friendly. I love arts and craft activities. I enjoy being outdoors and going on walks around the local area. I am very imaginative and love to read.

I have been graded as 'good' by ofsted at a recent inspection.
I have my NNEB qualification and over 30 years child care experience, including 2 years spent working in British Columbia, Canada, as a child care provider.
I have worked with children from birth to 16 years and have a good knowledge of behaviour management, asthma and using an inhaler and nut and egg allergy and using an epi pen.
Over the years I have worked for several families as a nanny, as an after school leader in a 'kids club', and in 3 different day nurseries.
My Qualifications
I have a child care GCSE, an NNEB Diploma , OFSTED registered 'good', Paediatric First aid certificate, safe guarding, food hygiene certificate, full clean driving licence.
Contracted with Derbyshire County Council to provide free government funded sessions for 3 and 4 year olds and eligible 2year olds.
My Availability
I have just employed an assistant, who will be working alongside me. At the moment I have no availability for younger children.
I have no availability for drop offs and pick ups to school but have some availability for school children during school holidays.

- Childminding from £4.80 per hour
£4.80 per hour (babies, toddlers and pre-school)
£28.70 per day for holiday care ( school children, 7.30am - 6.00pm)
£20.70 per day school day special (school children, 9.00am - 3.00pm)
£7.60 for breakfast and school drop off (Hartshorne C of E School)
£6.60 for school pick up (until 4.30pm)(Hartshorne C of E School)
£9.90 for school pick up and tea (Hartshorne C of E School)

As a first time Mom I was completely out of my depth when approaching childminders. Judith immediately put both myself and my partner at ease. Her warm personality and professionalism is second to none and she was able to put our minds at rest. It wasn't a hard decision to ask her if she would care for our Son!
Judith is inviting and fun and my Son found no problem in settling. I receive a report of the day; including photographs and activities he's enjoyed. As I work long hours I find it wonderful to catch up on his day and really appreciate the ability to feel part of his day.
Judith is fantastic and we feel very fortunate to have our Son in her care. The activities are so fun and the imaginative artwork is wonderful! I often wish I could stay and join in instead of working!
We feel very secure in the knowledge that our Son is in the best hands. Judith and her family are so accepting, fun and welcoming. Very happy parents and a very content boy!

My 16 month old daughter is quite a sensitive soul but with Judith she settled straight away. Her care is second to none and it is evident how much she enjoys her job and values each individual child. My child does so many lovely activities each week and these are always reported back in a daily record. We receive photos of our little girl engaged in the things she enjoys and get the results of her lovely arts and crafts!. The menus are brilliant and Judith caters for us being vegetarian and dairy allergic! Judith was careful to prepare an individual care plan alongside us and all the necessary Early Years documentation is undertaken. I am an Early Years teacher myself and am delighted we were lucky enough to find Judith. She is professional, friendly, thorough, calm and everything is spot on. You couldn't ask for more! A gem of a childminder.
