About Me
My child minding setting was last inspected in May 2016 and assessed by Ofsted as being "Good" in all areas and "Good" overall.
My practice provides a warm, fun, safe and stimulating environment in which children are content, confident, happy and excited about being in my care.
I cater to your child's individual needs and work closely with parents to ensure that every child receives the very best possible tailored care.
I do pick ups and drop offs from/to Stone St Mary's CofE school and pre-school and hope to extend this service to other local schools in the future.
I am an honours degree graduate, a fully qualified Early Years Teacher and am currently studying towards eventually qualifying as a clinical child psychologist.
Please note that my childminding practice generally operates during term times only and I specialise in term time only contracts.

Catharin is simply amazing with my young daughter. Her attention to detail on my daughters development is very detailed. She is warm yet professional and is flexible to meet the needs of busy working mums like myself.
The diary details she sent me when she cared for my daughter were fantastic to read.

Overall
As a registered active childminder and a parent as well i was very critical of any potential childminder . I work 4 days a week as a childminder and i go to uni one day a week.
To be honest i was really impressed with catherine. My son is 8 month old and naturally i was concerned about how he would settle. He has settled well and i am really glad. Catherine is very detailed which is quite essential in childcare. She also did an initial baseline assesment of him and this will help her to met his needs and provide for him adequately.
Infact her daily diary was so impressive itt blew me away. As though i was with him every hour of the day. I definately took some pointers for my own setting !!I will def have her as a back up childminder and she will be a definite childminder i can refer parents to confidently.
Will definately reccomend catherine..
