Hi my name is Roxanne, I'm a mummy to a little girl, I'm looking to support other families
I have childcare experiences working with different individual children meeting their needs. I have CACHE childcare and Education level 3 and British Sign Language level 3.
I'm only available during half terms February, Easter, May, Summer and October/ or seasonal positions, due to working full time. Please Message me for more information available from 8:00- 6:30
My Experience
I have worked for a Holiday camp for 11 years working my way up from room assistant to managing the whole camp as Camp Director, ensuring all the staff and children are having a great time. during my time working for the company, my role was:-
ensuring staff were following EYFS within the setting
over seeing health and safety
onsite Safeguarding officer
planning timetable from 3-16 year olds
daily checks of the activities and site
observing and managing the staff
preparing staff rotas
filling out the Ofsted Early Years evaluation and also evaluating my own practice.
experiencing being part of an Ofsted evaluation.
affective communication between recruitment, staff, head office, parent/carers and their children.
first aid.
I currently work for a school in Greenwich, I have been working there for 4 years supporting children with Autism and Down Syndrome, I love my job, each day is different.
I have worked within Schools gaining more experience's, my main experience was working within an hearing impaired provision for 2 and half years voluntary which I thoroughly enjoyed learning and gaining my CACHE childcare and education and also BSL level 2. I am currently working on a 1:1 with a Hearing impaired child in nursery. I also have more SEN experience. I have a first aid qualification level 2 at work. I am also CRB checked
I currently work for a half term company working with children aged between 3 and 14 years old.
During term times I work full time in a school support Sen children within a main stream school.
I have over 7 years if experience working in schools and other setting, supporting a range if individual needs.
