About Me
Hi I'm Hayley, I'm currently working full time as a deputy manager within a nursery setting.
I have really good leadership skills, organisational skills and confidence with all ages of children.
In a everyday scenario, I manage a team
of 50 or more staff, I prepare food, change nappies, help potty train, plan and organise activities including outings, update paperwork and a key person to 5 (more on a few occasions) children.
I share a really good bond with the parents and getting to know them make you bond with the children more and involve their surroundings into nursery life making it special and unique for them.
I have a 2 girls (8yr old and 3yr old)
Currently enrolling into my level 5 in childcare.
I have my level 3 qualification, along with my , CRB, first aid , safeguarding, completed food hygiene course, epi pen training & inhaler training , FGM , fire safety, behavioural management training.
Whilst working and in my spare time (not a lot of it! :D) I have completed my level 2 teaching assistant course.
