Incredible nanny and person!

We are beyond grateful for all Daniela has done for us the last two years. She is the most trustworthy, kind and caring nanny. We all adore her and will miss her immensely. I have never had any doubt to her capabilities to look after my boys and keep them safe and happy. She is a real life Mary Poppins, any family would be incredibly lucky to have her in their life.

absolutely recommend

At the time of writing of the review, Daniela has been with us for one year. She fitted really well into the family within the first week, and the kids (11 months and 3 years when she started) absolutely love her. Daniela's approach is calm and gentle, no matter what kind of challenge she encounters (sick children, fussy children, fighting children, etc). I especially like how she comes up with ways to keep the children occupied, so that the TV is never on, they don't even ask for it. Whether it's crafting with activity sheets she brings from home, or going on play-dates with other nannies in the area, the kids are never bored. They also spend most of their days outside, rain or shine, which is great for keeping them active. I should also mention Daniela's reliability: we could rely on her every day of 2021 (including some evenings) to look after our children - a real asset in the uncertain times of covid. As we will be reducing hours in 2022 (eldest starting school) we hope she can find another local family to share the hours with us.

Reference for Daniela

Daniela has been working for me as a nanny/housekeeper helping me run a busy household with 5 children,17,15,13,10 and 6.She is extremely hard working ,punctual,smiley,and been able to manage all the different ages with sensitivity and the correct approach.Daniela can cook a wide variety of healthy meals that all the children have enjoyed.She has assisted with homework and projects with the 10 and six year old and she has a good command of the english language.Daniela has travelled with me and is organised in packing up for 5 children and getting set up abroad always remaining calm.She is considerate and flexible always doing the enormous variety of jobs with good will and a smile.She has been responsible for collecting children from school and picking them up showing her ability to navigate all around London.She is able to diffuse heated situations and encourage good manners and appropriate behaviour.Daniela has helped with keeping our home organised and tidy sorting many cupboards continally .She has been running the internet shopping and supermarket shopping with care ensuring we do not run out of things.She helps with cleaning and generally keeping the house looking clutter free and tidy.Daniela will be an enormous asset to any family employing her .
