Ivana has been looking after my children Jack, aged 5 and Zoe aged 2 1/2... since Jack was 1 year old. She has looked after them three days a week ever since - for Jack from his 1st birthday to his 3rd, and now has Zoe from her 1st birthday...so combined I have had 4 and a half years of Ivana and am in a unique and experienced position to make this glowing review.

It is difficult to find the words to describe my feelings for Ivana, and the care she has provided my children. I am so thrilled we found her and she has been a big part of my children's life. She is so caring, genuinely a home-from-home, and cooks the most delicious and nutritious food for them, three meals a day, every day. What I particularly love is that she has the kids outside morning and afternoon, no matter the weather. She is so communicative to the anxious new parent being away from their first child for the first time, sending photos of what they're getting up to throughout the day and completing daily report of all the essentials to take home at the end of the day. I have seen her take in a few new babies now and each time she is so dedicated to their care and well-being and ensuring they settle in comfortably.

Her gorgeous family are like extended family and her husband and children are so genuine and so caring of the children in Ivana's care. Ivana has given our children fantastic and varied experiences over the years and always challenges them to try things and to learn. Our children have never had an accident in her care. Her house is spotlessly clean and the children always end the day with clean clothes - a miracle given they've had casserole for tea, a nature walk in the woods and been to the farm! The very thoughtful and thorough reports that Ivana has written about our children at the 1 year and 2 year-old check ups illustrate that she understands our children and their developing personalities so well.

I am so grateful to Ivana for everything she has done for my children; she is a shining light in the business of child care.

Reliable and excellent

We are very delighted to have found Ivana. She and her family treat our boy as part of their own family. Going back to work when Leo was only 9 months old it was not easy to find a childminder as I found that lots of them treat childminding just another 'job'. It is understandable but this not what I wanted to hear when I meet a childminder. We receive daily reports and updates of Leo’s routine and he is having lots of fun & educational time. Ivana also teaches him everyday duties such as pick up toys, keep the house clean etc . She has helped us out as our work schedules are not very straightforward and can get hectic. Leo gets on very well with Ivana's children who are also a delight. I would thoroughly recommend Ivana.
