About Me
I have been childminding since 2001. It's a great fun challenging vocation. Everyday is different and we have such a great time. We spend a lot of time outdoors , I love the outdoor and we visit on a daily basis the wooded areas around where I live. Our favourite being the Deep Dark Wood where we become explorers and maybe find a Gruffalo! We visit the community farm regularly where we can get up close with the animals.. I offer home from home care with free flow play... I recently took a drastic step and reduced the amount of plastic toys and the children I look after play with boxes saucepans and treasure baskets and things we find while we are outside.

My Experience
Mum to three children all of whom are now grown up so I have a wide range of age related experience.
I have chaperoned a wide range of children age range 7-20
I have worked with many different and diverse families and children. We have been on the journey together and I try to stay in contact with all the children I have cared for it's always a wrench when someone moves on.
I have experience of all age ranges , the youngest child I have minded was 3 months ...and the oldest was 12.
Children are unique individuals and in my settling I get to know your child really well and can offer the personal touch .

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£5.00 per hour 48 weeks per year.
No charge if I am ill on holiday or occasional day off ( I've only had one week off sick when I caught chicken pox , in nearly 20 years minding)
Full charge if your child is sick or on holiday.
