We are delighted to announce that we have achieved “Outstanding” yet again with OFSTED January 2023!
We are the only nursery far and wide with stunning gardens from each room.. gorgeous setting with so much outdoor space..
Kids start are a fantastic brand new nursery opened by two childcare managers both previously employed as managers at Manchester city council with over 20 years experience of running children's centres and as Sure start managers with a high standard of care and education throughout.

Children and families are at the heart of all we do..
We have a fantastic qualified team including a primary school teacher, Early years Teachers and the majority of our team level 3 and above..
We believe in building a strong leadership team in order to ensure all our team are supported to the best of their ability and in turn ensuring each child enjoys and achieves..

Update March 2015 Kids Start whole staff team completed two days paediatric First Aid training following Millie's Trust advice, showing our commitment to safeguarding. All staff trained and we are awarded “In safe hands”

All the fantastic training and experience from working from a big organisation like Manchester council where standards are of a high quality, that and our vision for Kids start to make a real difference to childrens lives so they can go on and enjoy and achieve and be successful learners.....

We are delighted to have taken over a former sure start nursery which was Royle Green children's centre 151 longley lane as Kids start, the nursery boasts a fantastic location with huge stunning grounds with lots of green space with large oak trees, each room has access to their own green space so children can access indoor/outdoor provision all day long, planting and growing vegetables and washing cooking and eating them !! it even has a huge bike track and wooden pergodas with seating areas. Children will have lots of fun playing with natural resources inside and out. We even have our own ball pool!! With squirrels running about and soon rabbits its just like the countryside.
All our rooms are designed with a homely feel, large sofas, soft lighting so children will feel right at home.
We have a reading den for parents/carers to read a story when dropping or picking up and a library to take home a book to enjoy,

We offer French, music and football and this is all included in our price..

Holiday clubs from 4-12 all holidays fantastic rates. Now doing school drop off and pick ups.
