Mrs Joshi is not just a nanny, she is a blessing and our Good fortune.
We being new to Londin were very scared about leaving our child to any nanny. But then we met Mrs Joshi, who is just like Massi, she comforts kids just like home. My daughter started going to Mrs Joshi at the age of 3, she made her feel comfortable from day 1, my daughter used to cry to go anywhere leaving me started having fun going to Mrs Joshi's house. Mrs Joshi is well versed with her duties towards kids and the way she approaches towards the development of kids is beautiful. With atmost patience she takes children's studies, helps them do finish their Homework, maintain their balanced diet and see to it children's slowly slowly become independent. She is always upto date about school and passes any message given by school. She also helps us understand and guide us the area to focus where children's are lacking and if any books to buy.
Mrs Joshi maintains discipline in such a homely way that even if the kids don't feel that they are away from home. Even when childrens are not feeling Mrs Joshi is always on alert and helps them with proper medication. Mrs Joshi's family is so supportive that they make us feel as we are also a part of a family. Thank you so much.

My son aged 3 went to mrs Joshi 2-3 times a week and was always happy. She has a nurturing and loving approach. He had nutritious home cooked meals and this has helped him eat a variety of foods. Having him there all day put my mind at ease as I knew he was in safe hands and would get an update on how he was doing.
Cannot thank her enough.

My 4 year old was finding it difficult to adjust to the new city after moving to London. I heard about Shital ma'am through a mutual friend and my son started visiting her house regularly. She provided utmost homely care and food. He was like a family to her and also loved her daughters and was fond of her pet. He was very comfortable around her and would fondingly recall our first visit to her house(also a bedtime story he often asks me to narrate).
He learnt to eat and write on his own during this time and also made new friends. She played a very important role in making him comfortable to the new environment. He is thriving school all thanks to Shital ma'am. Would highly recommend the homely care to parents of young children.

Mrs Joshi is the best nanny I have worked with. She balances the need for discipline, education, emotional needs of the child, free play and fostering a sense of family within the kids that come to her.
My child has been going to Mrs Joshi from the age of 3. She made him feel very comfortable since the beginning. She is always Maasi-ma for him; like his mother. Mrs Joshi has a very balanced approach towards the development of the children. As younger kids transition to school age, she brings the concept of daily study. The kids are given a sumptuous and balanced meal after school. After this they study for a while and then play for a while. Mrs Joshi has a range of books and toys of different ages to keep the kids occupied.
My son always finishes his homework after school with her and I am not stressed about completing his homework after reaching home. Mrs Joshi passes on the message given by school, so there is no fear of missing out. She has also spent time with us to help us understand the school system in the UK and guides us on the books to purchase and the areas to focus for home learning and what my child studied post school each day.
Mrs Joshi's entire family come together to make the kids feel as part of their family. They cook and play together during term holidays and also study together.
With Mrs Joshi we are never stressed about train delays or any other factors out of our hand that can lead to being late. She is an extension of our family. Mrs Joshi maintains a similar discipline to our house and the school in terms of respect, sharing and being mindful. Hence the kids grow up in a home environment; it doesn't feel like he is going to a nanny, it feels like family is taking care of him. It is God's blessing and our great fortune that we found Mrs Joshi!

My daughter started going to Shital when she was 5 years old . We had just come from India and my daughter had never been to any after school child mender before. So we were worried. But our worries were unfounded. Shital not only helped with the child minding, but also guided my child time to time to transition into the new country - guiding her about the culture or food etc. She takes care of the child not as a child mender but as a family. She always goes above and beyond her role . Some eg being :- talk to the teachers and pass on important communication, take care of the child if we were late in picking up , guide me as a parent on the books and materials when my daughter was preparing for 11+ etc. She is also very reliable, approachable and easy to communicate .
She gives the children a good meal after they are picked up from school and her place is always clean and tidy. There are a range of books and toys for children to use and play .
We will be moving out of this area soon, since our daughter is going to secondary school - but one big thing my daughter will miss by moving out is her assuring presence and care.
