About Me
Hi there,
My name is Saira, I live in Chiswick in a three bedroom house with a large playroom as well as a big garden with my family. I am an Ofsted registered childminder recently graded as ‘Outstanding’ in June 2016. I have been registered as a childminder and worked in my current role since February 2014. I have completed a level 3 "Children and young people workforce" qualification and have previously worked for 3 years as a nursery practitioner with children age between 0-5 years. I completely provide a safe and healthy environment and implement a vast range of activities that help children to achieve the EYFS Outcomes. Activities are based according to children’s individual age and stage of development and children are supported with the help of my experience, knowledge and understanding.
I work alongside parents to help children settle and follow parent’s routine as closely as possible.
My setting has a large play room for indoor activities, garden equipments to in the garden and I also take the children outside on a daily basis for outdoor activities in order to explore the new environment.

Our son has been with Saira for half a year now and we feel incredibly lucky to have found such a caring and reliable childminder. I go to work completely calm knowing that my son will have so much fun with his friends and will learn new things. Saira organises a variety of activities and takes the children out every day (weather allowing), sometimes twice a day. They go to local parks, playgrounds, the library, and playgroups. There is a dedicated playroom at Saira's house, as well as a big garden, all recently renovated and very clean. Saira has authority over the children while being incredibly loving and warm towards them. Our son is always happy when we pick him, and he eats and sleeps very well in Saira's care. She takes the time to talk to us about his day and progress, and is accommodating with our wishes. We sincerely recommend Saira to anyone looking for a trustworthy and devoted childminder.

Saira is the most wonderful childminder we could ever have asked for. She is so kind and caring, and has created a truly special setting where they do a huge variety of activities that are fun and educational and have amazing meals every day. They also regularly go on local outings too. Both our children have gone to her amazing setting - our eldest until he was 3, and our 1 year old is still there. They both settled in immediately and love Saira.
Saira goes above and beyond, and has supported us through all the different hurdles that come with parenting. She is so attentive, and has such incredible knowledge and advice on childcare. We feel so lucky to have found her and for our boys to have been cared for and taught such great life skills and manners in her setting. I cannot recommend Saira enough to anyone looking for a perfect childminder.

Siara, is loving and caring towards my kids. My son settle in straight away and loves going there a lot, he has so much fun.
The food is at excellent service and my son loves every meal he has and is super happy.
As for Siara, she is truly wonderful and amazing, I can’t find someone more safe and trustworthy. When I keep my kids I know they are in staff hands. So happy with her warm and kind and loving heart. She takes her time
To talk in detail about the kids and gives us full detail about there day to day activities. So happy and can’t ask for a better childminder.

Our son has been going to Saira's setting for over a year now and we could not be happier.
Saira is excellent: her love and care for children is paramount. In addition to be loving and caring, she is also extremely knowledgeable about any stage of baby/ toddler's development and the best approach to take forward. She spends lot of time with us talking about our son, his development and activities they have done together during the day.
Her setting is very clean and she encourages all kids to wash their hands several times a day: our son is always spotless every-time he comes back home. He also has a lot of fun and looks forward to be dropped off in the morning, as Saira engages all kids in different activities every day (dancing, arts and crafts, book reading, trip to the local nursery rhyme event etc.)
Her food is of high standards and she provides variety at each meal.
My husband and I would like to thank Saira for taking such excellent care of our son and we would highly recommend her to parents looking for a safe, fun and professional environment for their kids.

My two year old has been going to Saira for nearly 18 months now and I am extremely grateful for the level of excellent care, attentiveness and love which she generously gives every day. I looked at many options in the area before sending my son to Saira, as what most parents would do, and Saira delivers everything that a mother would want in a childminder. I am very confident in her ability in every way! Her setting is very safe and educational. She has a great way of nurturing and educating little ones, ensuring them growing with good mannerism and healthy outlooks. She is a very warm, loving and professional childminder who is also a great listener, and possesses a great deal understanding of children too. I would highly recommend Saira to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy childminder who you know will take good care of your little one day in and day out!

We have complete trust and confidence in Saira, our little girl Lola settled in straight away and loves spending the day with her. I can go to work knowing she's happy and in very safe hands. Saira does different activities everyday and gives her lovely home cooked food. She also keeps a record of everything so I can read what Lola has done that day, how she's slept, eaten etc. Saira is warm, welcoming and a natural with children, I 100% recommend her.

Saira has looked after our daughter since April on Saturdays and occasionally overnight. We are extremely happy with the experience! We know that we can trust Saira fully!! Maria Isabella always has a great time with her!!!

Words can't express how happy and confident I have in Saira for entrusting my son in her care on the days that I'm unable to pick him up from school.. Saira is a lovely person with genuine passion for children's well-being. I have no doubt in my mind at all that, the children in her establishment will do well and enjoy their time with her because my son did. Keep up with your good works

Saira has looked after our 10 month old daughter since January 2014. She provides a very loving and caring environment, and our daughter loves spending time there. Saira prepares structured activities as well as allowing a lot of time for fun and play, interaction with other children at playgroups etc.
She prepares homecooked meals and pays close attention to how much and what she eats, and she is introducing new things and flavours on a regular basis.
I can thoroughly recommend Saira as a childminder, she is very accommodating and leaving my daughter with someone I fully trust has been essential when returning to work.
