About Me
I am a primary school teacher, working ad hoc doing day to day supply. I am have two children of my own. I am looking for an opportunity to bring my daughter to work with me to would love her to create friendships and bonds with other families.
As a professional, I am kind, conscientious and very reliable. I enjoy working with lots of different ages and I believe children have a lot to teach us too. I pride myself on having great relationships that are high in warmth and care, listening to each other and creating strong boundaries for behaviour we expect from one another.
About my hobbies, I love dancing, musicals and spend time with my own family and friends outdoors in mostly all weathers! I am a keen cook and enjoy baking and preparing meals, I have my own allottment which is fantastic fun.
My Experience
I have 6 years experience with nannying/childminding/nursery and excellent references. I have looked after children from 6months old to 11years old.
I have 6 years experience working in a Primary school teaching 5&6 year olds. I have extensive knowledge of early literacy skills, early number learning and teaching children to read through phonics. I have good knowledge of child development from my previous courses such as the BTEC Early Years Diploma and find I work well in all settings.
My Qualifications
BEd Early Childhood Stuides with Qualified Teaching Status Awarded a 2:1.
Trained Nursery Nurse- BTEC Level 3
Beginners Makaton signing
GCSE's 11.
My Availability
I have a car and can drive anywhere, I am eager to build links and friendships with other nannies/childminders whilst working to ensure that children get to play and learn alongside other children and get a range of different experiences. I am happy to sew, swim, teach early reading, prepare food and do light housework duties such as keeping kitchen tidy and doing a small amount of children’s laundry.
I have some fears and I am not confident with animals so I would preferably work in a home with no pets.
I am also available for babysitting on evenings and weekend evenings.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
Due to experience and extensive qualifications for Nannying I charge £16.00 per hour. For babysitting I charge £11.00 per hour, then £15 pounds for every hour after 12pm.
Private tutoring is charged at £30 per hour.
