About Me
I am an ofsted registered childminder in apley (leegomery) area. i have been registered since 1995, I am married with 2 children, (born 1995 and 1998) I aim to provide high quality affordable childcare in a safe, fun and stimulating environment where the child’s needs and interests always come first.
My Experience
I have cared for children in my home environment since 1995 following the birth of my 1st child. I have cared for children of all ages and all abilities, some to which have been with me since being a few months old right up until nearly leaving secondary school. Not only have I gained valuable experience bringing up my own 2 children I have also gained experience caring for other children using my childcare setting over my 20+ years in childminding
My Qualifications
I have achieved my NVQ level 3 and CCP (certificate in childminding practice)
I am also fully trained in childrens first aid and healthy eating as well as holding many other training certificates.
I am a member of the telford and wrekin childminding network.
i am able to offer 15 hours nursery funding.
My Availability
I am available monday-friday 7.45-5.45 but can also be flexible to accomadate parents requirements.
I am able to collect from Apleywood primary school and can also offer nursery drop offs and collections within the local area. ( please call to discuss)

My daughter Chelsey was with Sharon for a few years before she started School. Chelsey loved going to Sharon, I never had tears when I dropped her off. From day 1 Chelsey was made to feel part of Sharons family as such, she loved going to play with the children that Sharon looked after and Sharons own children too and she also had a good bond with Sharons husband. Sharon did various activities on a daily basis, taking Chelsey out to Toddler Groups, doing educational activities at home and all sorts. When Chelsey started school, Sharon took my son on too, once again he loved going to her house, again she did all sorts of activites with him.
I would recommend Sharon to anyone who requires a Childminder, she really is one of the best Childminders Ive had the pleasure to have :)

My daughter has been going to this childminder for the past 3 years and she has had a great time. Sharon has provided excellent care with weekly outings to various toddler/play groups, eaten healthily, and made lots of lovely pictures & paintings. Sharon has also been able to collect my eldest daughter from the local primary school for after school care. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Sharon to others.
