About Me

Hi, my name is Anna. I live in Northfleet and have bern registered as a childminder for 9 years and I was a childminder for 10 years before but took time out to look after my grandchildren, now all in full time education I have decided to re-register as a childminder. I have 4 daughters aged 37,33,27, 23, my daughters no longer lives at home one works as a teacher assistant in a local school, my second eldest is an accounts assistant, my third daughter works in customer services and my youngest daughter works for a law company.We are all CRB checked.

I have experience with children who have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Autism due to two of my grandchildren having these conditions.

Children have access to the living room where they can do quieter activities, such as story time, nap time etc. Also there is floor space in the front room for young babies with activity mats and toys. I have a large dinning area which is used at meal times and for other activities such as arts and crafts, baking, homework, computer etc. I have many toys, books, games and dressing up outfits, for all age groups to encourage educational, social and role play activities. I also have a large secure back garden, with a sandpit and outside games/toys to encourage outdoor activities. We also have our very own space for planting and growing our own vegetables and fruit.

I live near many parks, a library, local shops, sure start and schools.

My aim is to create a fun, friendly, educational environment where children will enjoy and learn from all activities. To provide parents with excellent quality care where they can go to work with peace of mind knowing their children are safe and happy while they are here.
