I am friendly, caring, fully qualified with 15+ years experience and I'm also a mother to 2 lovely children myself.
I'm positive, gentle, full of love, hugs and enthusiasm, happy to jump in and help however I can! I believe that children should be respected as individuals, free to express emotions with support and love. I have lots of experience with home educated children too.
I'm looking to help a family part time, looking after your children, helping around the house, taking your children out for fun local activities. Whatever I can do to make life a little easier! I am also available to babysit in the evenings.
Please note, depending on the day, I have my 2 children who may be with me during certain day hours. They are lovely children and love to make new friends.
I have lot's of references from local mothers and families I have helped in the past.

My Experience
I have worked in many childcare settings, as well as teaching a class of children aged 3-5 and caring for babies for many years in a Montessori, Reggio Emilia setting.
I have also worked many years with children and young adults with additional needs and learning disabilities, supporting them to promote development in everyday activities and providing a fun, loving environment.
I am also a mother of 2 children!
I have lots of experience with home educated children too.

Emily is such a sweet and caring person and she has a lovely way with children. She is confident with all ages from birth and has lots of experience even more so since becoming a Mum herself (I genuinely believe this leads to a far greater understanding of the complexities of children and family dynamics).
Emily has been caring for my children on and off for about 4 years and is reliable, punctual and thoughtful. She is someone who can be trusted in your home, is sensitive with children’s needs and always uplifting and encouraging them.
This is a childminder whose presence is a positive addition to any family, whose aim is to make parents’ lives easier, ensuring their children are safe, happy and confident.
I would not hesitate to recommend Emily for any childcare needs and I will continue to book her for as long as I can.

Emily is simply amazing! She came into our lives and completely transformed them. She looked after my children so beautifully gently and with such care and respect, both for them and me.
The children absolutely adored her. She was the first person we ever entrusted our children to when we were away overnight, and we had absolute faith in her.
Emily is such a wonderful person. So kind and sweet and caring. I wouldn’t for a second hesitant to recommend her to anyone. I don’t think we will ever find someone quite like her again, sadly.
