About Me
I am a mother of three, who began my childcare career after having my eldest son over 20 years ago. I first worked as a childminder before changing roles to a nursery deputy. My family moved to Windsor and I have since been a local pre-school assistant and returned to childminding, a role which I love.
My Experience
Over the years I have worked with many children and their families who have had a diverse range of requirements for which we have worked together to achieve. I provide a fantastic service for families in a welcoming, home environment. Each child is respected and valued for who they are. I keep my knowledge updated by regularly attending training sessions and online seminars, including forest school, cultivating creativity, baby sign and letters and sounds.
I take the children to our allotment, local parks, local library, groups and community events.
My Qualifications
I am ofsted registered, first aid trained and I am fully insured for my business at home and for traveling in my car. I hold a level 3 NVQ in Childrens care, development and learning and I have a thorough understanding of the Eyfs, which I implement throughout all sessions as the children play and learn.
