About Me
Hi I have been a ofsted registered childminder since May 2003, I find caring for children rewarding and love it. I live with my husband and our 3 children, 2 cats and King Charles,in a semi detached house with a large garden and newly built playroom with free flow onto the garden.
My Experience
I registered as a childminder since 2003 due to my childminder for my little boy going to university, I have never looked back, I love the time I spend with the children and I feel that my experience of finding and using a childminder gives me an insight into how the parents feel about leaving there Children with someone so I try and help children and parents settle quickly.
Since 2003 I have cared for children from birth to 15 years old, i do the occasional babysitting to help the parents too. My childminding setting is a home from Home where I encourage children to feel at home, I believe this helps children can feel safe and secure.
Within my home we do lots of activities from painting, colouring, sticking, glueing, lots of garden play to outings to feed the ducks, local parks, brigg garden centre , woods and much much more...

Level 3 in home based childcare grade A
First aid
Health and safety

I am currently starting my third year on the BA Honors degree in Early Childhood, i am really enjoying studying.
