About Me
A little about me .I am a mother of a little girl who turns 9 in the summer a i also have a 14 year old step son . I have worked in childcare since I completed the CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education in 2007 this is a 2 year full time course.
I worked in a nursery for 3 years to improve my skills and further my knowledge . I left there to work as a private nanny and have worked with 3 amazing families.
Since having my Daughter I decided to open my home and become a childminder and have loved every minute seeing their individual characters grow and supporting their development.
I have now been an OFSTED registered childminder for 6years and have recently had my inspection in which I was graded "GOOD" .
My Experience
I am OFSTED registered.
Fully DBS checked which is on the update service
I hold a pediatric first aid certificate.
i Have up to date safeguarding training as well as food hygiene and nutrition training.
I have experience with children from birth to 11.
I have worked closely with children with autism and ADHD.
And have experience with children with allergies asthma and some more extreme illnesses.
I continue to take further courses to make sure i give the children within my care the best quality care possible.
My Qualifications
I hold 9 GCSE'S above a C.
I completed both years of The CACHE Diploma In Childcare and Education.
I have just completed a new first aid course with Tiger lily. This covers all pediatric and Adult First Aid and also Defibrillation and Anaphylaxis and Epi Pen training.
I have also volunteered with St John's ambulance and have completed both there 1 week first aid course and also there covid care course .
I have completed the course "Every Child Matters".
