About Me
We love watching the children grow and learn with us and are so proud when they move on to the next stage of their lifes. Although that invoves a little sadness for us it also means we then have the opportunity to help YOUR children on their journey.
I am Michelle and my Husband is Mark. We are an Ofsted graded "Good" Childminding Couple in Shirley. We were both delighted to get another good on our second inspection in September 2022 and this year marks the 10th Anniversary of our little business.
We currently have limited spaces available but are already looking to the future. With three of our littlies heading off to school in September we will have some more spaces becoming available. With yet more changes due with Government funding spaces have been filling quickly.

My Experience
I have been a nanny for over 25 years and worked with children of all ages. Mark began his retraining in 2012. He worked at a nursery and as a Manny (male nanny) for 2 years. Our Childminding business has been operating very successfully for over 5 years.
My Qualifications
Mark: Home based Childcare Qualification with continued development in areas such as safeguarding and first aid.
Michelle: Home Based Childcare Qualification with continued updates and a childcare diploma.

Our daughter adores Mark and Shell and so do we! Our ‘lockdown baby’ is happy, confident and thriving and a large part of this is down to these two wonderful people. Caring, fun, professional and nurturing- highly recommend!

We have been fortunate enough to have Michelle and Mark look after our two children from when they were 12 months old until school age and can’t praise them highly enough. Always professional but with such warmth and enthusiasm for what they do and the children in their care. Each day full of adventures and happy children at the end of the day, what more could we ask for!

Fantastic childminders, home away from home, my daughter loves her time with them and she has grown and developed so much and continues to grow and flourish with them! Best decision I made going with these guys! I will be so sad when it comes time for us to leave and move on to starting school!
