I have NNEB, Hospital Play Specialist and Maternity Nurse qualifications. I have worked with children and their families in a variety of settings for over 25 years. All of these families are happy to provide good references for me. I have learnt to deal successfully with a range of situations including working with the Saudi Royal Family and various UHNW families including liaising with protection units, in fully staffed households and on an individual basis supporting children and their families through challenging transitions.
Besides childcare techniques and using my formal training I am proficient in teaching children to read and write through educational play plans designed to enhance all the Early Learning Goals. However, my priorities are more than just fulfilling the basic needs of the children, I use an holistic approach to ensure the needs of the family as well as the child are met.
