My Requirements

Hi,
My name is Jasmin I am a 2nd year student midwife looking for someone to take care of my youngest 3 children (aged 4, almost 6 years old and 11 years old) from September 2025 to September 2026 (would consider a January 2026 start date if preferred). The role will be to do morning drop-offs to school and collections in the afternoon when school finishes, prepare dinner for the children, ensure the children have baths and care for the children until i arrive back home from university or placement.

I am really happy to be flexible and I want to work with the nanny so that we are both happy with the arrangements, however, I would need someone who can work full-time and is Ofstead-approved or willing to become Ofsted registered. I am happy to pay a FIXED WEEKLY PRICE irrespective of the number of hours you work so that pay is consistent for the nanny as this has worked well with our previous nanny.

I have selected all days as each week fluctuates and overnights as my placement shifts sometimes consist of nights at the hospital, however, I do have a partner and he will cover most night shifts unless he is working through the night himself (which has occurred once in 2 years) but that is when we would seek additional childcare cover. I would be more than willing to proceed with a Nanny who is unable to do nights but can cover all the other times of day, as I have family living close by that can cover nights if required.

I would love to find someone who could stay with us until September 2026 as this is when I am due to qualify.
