About Me
Working in many nursery’s around London i felt children didn’t get the attention and the education that they need. Even just to sit down and read a story with a child for the start of their childhood is lacking. So I decided to open a likewise nursery/Childminders in Northfields/Boston Mannor(Ealing) to help children have a great start in their early years development before attending nursery/school. We also want all children to be strong and independent!!!
We are here to work along side parents to help their children to reach their full potential by working to reach beyond their development stages by offering plenty of activities to make sure they are moving forward in their learning development, to adapt their interest into their learning and make it fun and entertaining for them!
We are very fortunate to have a lovely size garden,beautiful parks around us and we make sure we use them to our full advantage. Day trips to link in with our Theme and the Eyfs to help children learn in many different ways and experience everyday life- using buses, libraries, farms, zoo, TfL, shopping trips etc!
My Experience
I trained in childcare many moons ago as i knew childcare was the right job for me from the age of 16. From teaching assistant, working as a live in nanny, deputy manager and manger of nursery's around London and finally having one of my own. I think i can say i've covered all aspects of childcare.
Tracey-
I met Tracey by becoming her Deputy Manager in one of the Nursery's we worked in. Seeing her potential and affection towards children(which is rear) plus the dedication to helping each child reach their goals with lack of equipment i made Tracey Room Leader to help her progress and learn more in childcare. Tracey is the Baby guru. They fall in love with her and follow here around for years, hard worker and devotion to each child and so much love given- Tracey is the good cop.

Our daughter started with Mandy and Tracey when she was 13 months after an awful experience at a local nursery. We couldn’t be happier with our choice; Mandy and Tracey are very organised and professional as well as being extremely warm and caring. They clearly love their job and put a lot of effort into ensuring that the children enjoy their time, with weekly themes and imaginative toys. The highlight of the setting is Mandy's garden, which has a great range of toys and a large play area. We would highly recommend Mandy and Tracey to local families.

Mandy is the most lovely and professional childminder you could dream of for your child. Organised like a luxury micro nursery, Mandy and Tracey offer, all the care, fun and activities young children and babies need. As a first-time mum, I have learned a lot with them and I will always be grateful for the support and love and they brought us. Over the two years, our son has been going to Mandy's, he has transformed into a gorgeous smart little boy and I know it's because he was in the best place on earth.
Some morning I wish I were 3 to mingle with the other children and enjoy a day with Mandy and Tracey. Thank you ladies

Our little boy has been going to Mandy & Tracey's for just over 3 months now and I had to write to say how happy we are! This is the most perfect childcare setting... Our boy is very happy, very well cared for but Mandy & co also go above and beyond their duties.... Outings to the park every single day, trips to Heathrow to see and learn about the planes, trips to Paddington to see the trains, swimming, they eat very healthily (all home made!) and they are also spending a lot of time doing 1:1 work with my boy (writing, numbers etc)
In short I am very happy ... It is a joy to pick my boy up every day and find out what he has been up to! My younger boy will be joining in a few months time when I go back to work after maternity leave. It will make it slightly easier knowing that he is going to such a lovely place.
