My Summary
About Me
As an enthusiastic and driven individual I pride myself on looking for opportunities to enhance my experience as well as modify the skills I have already developed. Working in a busy nursery and as a Nanny/ P.A I have learnt that thinking on your feet is essential, parents the confidence in trusting me with the care of their children. I am a team player who is able to lead or work alone when it is required therefore feel very confident in sole-charge positions. Due to my experience in various childcare settings, retail establishments and as a P.A/Nanny I am extremely dedicated and efficient in my approach to my duties and ensure that I complete them to the highest standard. After finishing my (BSc) Social Work Degree at University, I returned back to nannying before having my own bundle of joy!
I’m currently looking for a full time position as I am fortunate to have family support with my child who is in full-time education.
As a career nanny I always want to gain more experience in providing one to one care with children rather than working with them in a nursery group setting. Throughout my career I’ve always gravitated toward nannying as I thrive off working with children in general but also have a deep appreciation for the study of child development. Children’s younger years tend to be when they learn the most which makes nurturing imperative. I often do this by setting a good example in order for the little ones to follow my lead. I consider myself to be good at what I do because through all my experiences I have gained a true passion for hard work - always willing to go the extra mile. I have gained transferable skills both practical and intellectual and I am very happy caring person, especially when I feel I am making a positive contribution to a family/environment.
My Experience
Aside from becoming a mother myself, I have over 13 years experience with children from newborns to 18 years old. This has predominantly been from working with local families in London and UHNW families from Saudi Arabia, Monaco and Nice due to being a live-in nanny. I have also worked in both voluntary and private sector nurseries and primary schools whilst studying my level 3 qualifications in Childcare and Education. I then progressed onto university to pursue my career in Social Work which has led me to work with children in secondary school settings along with parents and other professionals.
Due to my experiences I regularly proxy parent for my previous families and stay in touch with those that live overseas as they often request my services when they visit the UK.

Bee has been like another member of our family, she looked after our son from when he was 3 months old to when he was 18 months, the bond that they have and we have with her is unbreakable.
I’m all of the time she worked with us she was never late & we knew we could rely on her. She just went above and beyond for us and our little one.
It was sad to see her go but know that all good things come to an end eventually. If you need someone who is reliable trustworthy and caring you must hire Bee!
We hired Bee to look after our one year old daughter and we can't recommend her enough. She's calm, patient, kind, professional and fun. But most importantly my daughter loves her - plus she has found a best friend in Bee's son, who also attends when Bee is nannying for us.
As a first-time parent I was a little anxious at the prospect of leaving my daughter in someone else's care, but when we met Bee I felt completely reassured. Bee has complete control of every situation, which is impressive with two energetic little ones to care for. It's been no issue with Bee bringing her son, which was something we weren't initially sure about. But he is so lovely and it has been great for our daughter to make her first friend and interact with someone close to her age. Plus Bee manages them both so well - including nap and mealtimes. She also really took the time to get to know my little one - always asking about routines and her likes and dislikes etc.
I work from home, but her ability to keep the children happy and busy, means they're not a distraction. She's a great cook and always makes fresh meals for my daughter, while also finding the time to cover other duties, like our daughter's laundry etc. I completely trust her taking the children out, with them regularly visiting the park, soft play and feeding the ducks. Bee is reliable, helpful, polite and is a lovely person to be around. She has a really kind and patient way with children and even on the day's she's not working, my daughter asks about Bee and her son! I think that says it all :)
Bianca has been a lifesaver for us, as my partner broke his leg and I relied even more on her while managing my 2 kids and a full time job. We live in a small flat but it is always immaculate when I get home, the kids are fed, and all is peaceful. She brings her gorgeous little boy with her, and my son (who's 2.5) asks exicitedly every day whether they're coming or not as he has so much fun with them. My daughter (who's 5.5) also enjoys spending time with them on the school runs and playing at home. I was a bit unsure at first how it would work with a nanny caring for her own child at the same time as mine but they get on really well and I think it has been good for both my children, and nap times etc have not been an issue at all.
She's also a brilliant cook (they enjoy her meals more than the ones I prepare), and very adaptable. I could go on... In brief, I highly recommend Bianca!
I highly recommend Bianca (or Bee as my boys would call her) as a nanny. She is very professional, experienced but also caring and flexible and is happy to go around our schedules (unlike previous nannies we had). She cared for both boys at the same time (aged 2 and 6) with full control. She helped my 6 year old with homework but also proactively taught him other things (e.g. times tables and science experiments). Both of my boys absolutely loved her. I cannot recommend Bee enough!
