I have been working in childcare for over 10+ years, ranging from 6weeks to 15years old.
I started working in nursery/pre school settings where I finished that journey being a deputy. I have previously worked for a family with 2 boys for 2years before moving on to my current family with a boy and girl. I am happy to muck in and become a part of the family with a helping hand. I am motivated, use my initiative and fun!
Before getting married and starting my own my family I grew up with my parents becoming foster carers and have experienced lots of children with different needs come into our family home.
My Experience
I started working in a nursery working with children 6weeks - 4years for many years before becoming a deputy at my local pre school and nannying in holidays for local families. Over the last 6 years I have worked as a nanny working with children 5months - 15years old. I have worked with children with different Sen needs from autism, PDA, sensory seeking adhd and epilepsy.
I also have a little boy who has just turned 4 getting ready to start school in September who I may need to accompany me depending on the role.
My Qualifications
Level 3 childcare qualification,
Paediatric first aid trained,
Level 3 in safeguarding,
Nanny insurance,
Full clean driving license holding business, insurance.
