About Me
We have two gorgeous boys aged 10 and 15 who are our world. The eldest is away at boarding school and the youngest at Warwick school.
My husband and I both work full time with him away several nights a week and my job occasionally requiring time away.
We live in a beautiful home in the gorgeous village of Temple Grafton, halfway between Stratford-upon-avon and Alcester. As a family we love the outdoors and spend lots of time in the garden with our family dog, riding bikes, playing football/rugby, riding ponies and going on adventures and much more.
Family life is very important to us and our time together is very precious hence why we make the most of it....
We require a very organised person to help us with the craziness of life and to pick up our youngest son from school, but to also run our family home.
We have had a few nanny's in the past who have always stayed with us for long periods of time. This is important to us to build stability for our family.
My Requirements
Starting as soon as possible, we are looking for a SUPERSTAR housekeeper / Nanny / family PA who has the educational skills to support our 10 year old son . Hours would be Monday to Thursday 3pm - 7/7.30pm. We would also require additional care during the school holidays if we are not away ourselves.
The role will involve planning and preparing healthy evening meals, before collecting the 10 year old from school in Warwick at 4pm (after school clubs may result in later pick ups for one or both boys), a driving license is therefore a must.
You will then help and oversee homework (they have lots!) and so we require someone with skills to support the 10 year old to develop such as English comprehension and maths which can be quite challenging (even for us!)
Finally you will be required to cook a variety of healthy meals for supper and also household cleaning and general chores.
We are looking for a hard working, energetic individual who has a genuine passion to help and support the development of our boys. Personality is key for us as we are a very fun and outgoing family with a passion for life.
We are not looking for someone to just watch over our children but we are looking for someone who will play a vital role in their development into becoming confident and happy individuals through nurturing, caring and encouraging them in all spheres, therefore qualifications and experience are key.
Both boys are very confident, happy and outgoing with impeccable manners both in public and at home, and would like this to be continued.
We are looking for someone who has a very positive outlook on life and is full of creativity and fun whilst encouraging excellent behaviour. They need to be very hands on around the house and use their initiative in order to support our busy lives e.g. putting washes on, doing the boys ironing, emptying the dishwasher, ordering the online shop, tidying the boys bedrooms
We are excellent employers who manage and develop people for a living and understand how important it is to enjoy your job and feel fulfilled.
Our boys are our world and finding the right person is vital for us hence why we are starting the search now as we are aware it may take some time.
This is a high end job and experience is necessary but we will pay £20 per hour
