My two girls simply fell in love with Kaylie from the moment they saw her. She is always upbeat, softly-spoken and has an extremely approachable demeanour when it comes to children. She found the right approach to my both bubbly but stubborn 5yo and to slightly awkward 7yo. The girls were devastated when they found out Kaylie could no longer nanny for us, but she handled it very well and helped them overcome their very complex emotions. Kaylie is not phased by anything the kids may throw at her and was very helpful around the house, too. She can really get down to the child's level and always full of ideas on qhat to do next. She has a calm and disciplined attitude. We will kiss her very much ❤
