My Summary

My Experience

My career started out as a live out Nanny for two little boys, 21/2yrs and 6months.
I then left the UK to work for a family in Manhattan, New York, as a Nanny for a new born girl.
After a move to Florida, I was a live in Nanny for 3 children, ages 3, 2 and 6months.

Upon arriving back in the UK, I took a position as a part time Nursery Nurse in a Nursery start up, I had my first child by then and she would attend the Nursery.
I was promoted to Nursery Manager after 12 months. I then went on to oversee the 3 other Nurseries that the company opened.

We moved back to USA and our 4 other children came along and I stayed home to raise them.

I returned to work once they were older and joined an agency as a Teaching Assistant on supply which I enjoyed.

My eldest Daughter had her first child and as they lived with us I have helped out with his care once she returned to work. As he is now at school I am ready to offer all my experience to another family.

As a note aside, my 3 youngest children have varying degrees of Cerebral Palsy and so I have enormous experience of children with extra needs, along with manual handling, feeding, toileting and hoisting.

I now have 3 more Grandchildren, who I am very involved with.
4 year old and 3 year old Twins.
I have spent the last 4 years helping full time with their childcare needs. They have all started school this September and this now frees me up to return to work.

My Qualifications

I am an NNEB qualified Nursery Nurse.
I have had 5 children of my own. Full uk driving licence. I have extensive premature babies and twin experience, my last role was 5 years with one family.
My specialty area is Cerebral Palsy and other physical needs.

• Nannying from £14.00 per hour (net)
• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
