About Me
My name is Aissa Yacouba. I am a fun-loving, patient and compassionate person who has a genuine enthusiasm and love for children. I am an Ofsted registered childminder with clean DBS. I have over 14 years of experience of working with children in a childcare setting, both in a nursery setting and as a registered childminder. I have a BSc in Child and Adolescent Psychology, an MBA in Healthcare and different certificates in childcare.
I believe every child is unique in their own ability with huge potential to achieve their goals. My duty is to give the children the right tool that will enable them to progress to the next stage of their development. In my setting, I create a conducive environment for children to flourish.
I can offer full-day and half-day care, and dropping off and picking children from local nurseries and schools. My services can also include preparing hot meals for the children, reading books, taking them to the local library, parks and children centres. I follow the EYFS to plan activities for children in my care. I can also assist children with school homework when needed. I love working with children and I enjoy my work.
My Experience
My experience includes working in different nursery settings in different capacities such as nursery nurse, room leader, and deputy manager. As part of these roles, I have cared for children with diverse background and developmental needs. I have a good experience of assessing and writing reports on children development, as well as reporting to parents. I have extensive experience of working in partnership with parents and nursery practitioners to discuss children's needs and progress.
My Qualifications
BSc in Child and Adolescent Psychology, MBA in Healthcare and different certificates in childcare.
My Availability
Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 18:00.

Best chilminder ever! Aissa is very caring. My daughter loves her so much and learns a lot with her. I cannot recommend her enough!

Aissa is so wonderful I don't think I could create a review that truly explains how amazing she really is.
Aissa is kind, gentle, warm-hearted and will always try to support parents with anything they are going through. I really thank God for bringing such a wonderful person into mine and my son's life. She has supported him with reading and writing, and always used to take him out to activity centres and parks with the other children.
If I ever need childcare services she will be the first person that I call.
And for anyone looking for a childminder you will be truly blessed if Aissa is looking after your children!

Aissa is one amazing childminder! She has been caring for my daughter the last few years with after school pick up and I have always been pleased with her service. Aissa provides a safe, homely and nurturing environment for the children in her care who always seem happy and well looked after. I would definitely recommend.

Aissa is the best nannie in the all galaxy.
Flexible and always keeping save my baby plus making extra amazing job in developing him. I'm happy for the results and I will try to keep her as long as me and J will can.
