My Summary

My Experience

- I studied at Telfold college for a year doing my HNC in Early Eductaion & Childcare. While studying I done 2 placements, first placement at Liberton Nursery School and Ferryhill Primary School.

- Play leader at "Tumble Tots" for 2 years.

- I worked at Melville Street Nursery 4 days a week for 4 years. I was a room supervisor in the Toddler room. I have worked in the pre school room for a year. Also been in the baby and tweenie room working with the younger age.
- When working in the private nursery we where very lucky to have access to local parks and gardens. I love being outdoors and from experience and visiting different places I know a lot of fun, exciting outdoor areas that I love to visit. These outdoors areas accommodate all age groups as I have been here with babies, toddlers and pre school children.

- I now work full time with Edinburgh council at in the nursery working with pre school/anti preschool children.

- During summer & Easter holidays I have been a part time play leader and run a play scheme for children age 5-11.

- I am also have a BA in childhood practice.

- I am first aid trained, hold a PVG & child protection trained.
