About Me
SPACE AVAILABLE FOR SEPTEMBER 2024 START....Im a mum to 4 children and our dogs Annie, Nelly and Cooper. I am located in Hayes/Bromley and run my childminding from home within walking distance to Pickhurst Infants and Junior school. I can also do drop offs and collections from Nest Pre School and will consider other local pre schools. I have been childminding now for 10 years and have lots of lovely references from past and present families. We like to visit the local playgroups and enjoy spending lots of time outdoors, walking and playing in local areas.
My Experience
Having 4 of my own children and needing and wanting to stay at home more I gave up my full time job and have been childminding for 8 years now. I have many references from parents and children in my care to show you. A typical day consists of lots of walks, park visits, farm visits, playgroups and library group visits. I have experience in childminding children from birth to right through school age.
My Qualifications
I have undertaken the required training including CYPOP5, my Paediatric First Aid is fully up to date and I have also attended a planning and observation course. I do many online courses, regulary to keep myself updated with recent legislation and in line with OFSTED. I have been fully DBS checked, as well as my husband and also have been fully OFSTED inspected.
My Availability
I currently have spaces for a child under 5 and school wrap around care Monday to Thursday.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
£55 per day (8am to 5pm) or £6.50 per hour, paid a month in advance. Please contact me for further details.

Sarah is an amazing childminder. When my mum broke her hip, we needed someone we could trust to look after our two boys at fairly short notice. Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful and made the transition so easy.
My youngest has special needs and Sarah was so accepting and inclusive of his needs. She has a natural calming way about their which both my boys love. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a childminder ❤️

Sarah is absolutely amazing. She took care of my older son and now of my little one and they both love going there. She is the most patient person and she is extremely caring. She always tries to accomodate us and helping us when possible.
Her house is immaculate, really don’t know how she does it, and her food is always very appreciated by my son :). She always brings the children out to parks (weather permitting) and she plan for fun activities indoor. Having sweet dogs at home is also a plus, as my kids love animals but we do not have one at home.
I cannot recommend her enough, it is really reassuring having my boy with her all day!

Sarah has been looking after my daughter Billie now for 2 years and she absolutely loves going there!! Sarah is a kind, gentle and a very patient childminder. Her house is absolutely immaculate I just don’t know how she does it all she is literally amazing!!! She is always helping us out in the holidays and having our eldest daughter too and she loves going just as much as my youngest does. Would 100% recommend Sarah to everyone as she really is the best of the best!!

Sarah is a fantastic childminder. She regularly looks after our daughter lucy who is 2, and our son who is 6 in the school holidays as well. Sarah is clear in her communication and so kind and patient with Lucy. Lucy loves Sarah and the dogs and feels just as at home at Sarah’s with her family as she does with us. Sarah is kind, friendly, firm and has such a calm demeanour, nothing is too much trouble. Couldn’t ask for better care or a nicer, clean and calm environment to be in.

I can highly recommend Sarah! A warm, welcoming environment from the time you arrive and a variety of activities/days out on offer for the children to keep them entertained, educated and most importantly happy! My 2 children have been going there for 2 years now and always enjoy their time there. They often come home with lovely drawings and Sarah will send photos of any days out. The children are always out and about, going to parks etc, which is fantastic for the children and gives them the opportunity to explore and be adventurous, which kids love best! Sarah is very caring and the children feel comfortable with her, like being in a home from home. I can genuinely see how much Sarah loves children, she knows what makes kids tick, how to make them feel at ease with a laugh and a joke, but has clear boundaries too which I love. Both my children were afraid of dogs before joining Sarah's care, but Sarah was absolutely amazing with them, eased and calmed their fears and now my children love dogs. Sarah has been amazing to work with. As a parent I could not feel happier with leaving my children with her as I know they are in good care.

Sarah has looked after both our children for the last two years and we feel so lucky to have found her. She is wonderful and warm with children, always giving her care and attention and with a wide variety of activities at home. I couldn’t feel more relaxed leaving my children with her.
