My Experience

We have been registered as childminders since September 2012, recently becoming Childcare on Domestic Premises. Our staff team is made up of 7 women with experience spanning 20+ years. Between us we have worked in nurseries, as nannies/au pairs, in schools, in preschools and at crèches and have also gained experience through our own children and younger relatives.

My Qualifications

All staff hold fully enhanced DBS checks, full paediatric first aid and have a minimum of level 3 in Child Care , Learning and Development. 3 staff members are qualified to degree level in subjects linked to caring for children. All staff regularly attend courses to continue their professional development and have recently attended courses in autism awareness, messy play, MaKaTon and working with parents.

My Availability

EllyTotts Childminding is open from 7am-6pm. (We are generally open longer to accommodate the childcare needs so please enquire further if you would be needing earlier or later hours).

Our wonderful staff team is able to offer night time babysitting most evenings and also during the day on weekends.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Childminding from £4.80 per hour

Childminding rates are £4.20 for one child and £4.00 for a sibling.

Babysitting rate is £6.00 per hour for one child, £7.00 per hour for 2+ children. Large numbers of children (such as babysitting for parties) will be charged at a higher rate based on the number of children.
