About Me
I have been childminding for almost 17 years and love my job and the children I care for. I am married and have a 24 year old daughter, a 21 year old son and an 18 year old step son who does not live with us. I have a loving and relaxed home (although there are rules which all children are expected to adhere to). I take younger children to toddler groups, soft play, libraries and music groups throughout the year and to parks etc when weather permits.
My Experience
I have lots of experience with children, both with my own and minded children. The majority of the children I currently care for have come to me via recommendations from parents who have used my services in the In the past. I have cared for children with disabilities and special needs / dietary requirements/allergies.
My Qualifications
My main qualications are being a mum. I have a level 2 child care qualification andI regularly attend training courses and have completed these in Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding Children, Paediatric First Aid to name but a few.
I have recently had an Ofsted inspection and received a 'Good' rating for every aspect of my setting.
My Availability
I am available to work Monday to Friday - 7.30am until 6.30pm. I work both term time and holidays.
