About Me
My name is Kelci, I am an Ofsted registered Childminder Good provider graded by Ofsted , and I run a home based Childcare setting in West Ealing.
I am 40 years old, married and a very proud mother of two daughters, 12 and 7 years old. Originally from Brazil, I speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. I am honest, energetic and fully dedicated to what I am doing.
I provide a professional service with peace of mind complying with Early Years and Ofsted regulations.
I do a lots of lovely activities which covers the seven areas of EYFS. These includes art and craft activities, painting, singing and rhymes, musical instrument, dance, etc…
I live close to several parks which I take full advantage of. I also enjoy playgroups and I am a big fan of outdoor play.
I meet all the mandatory training requirements: Paediatric First aid Course, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding Generalist and Designated Safeguarding Lead. All certificates are available on request.

My experience with children is first of all I have two beautiful daughters of my own.
Before becoming Childminder, I worked as a nanny as well as Childminder Assistant.

I am available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Hours can be flexible on request.

As soon as we met Kelci, we knew we wanted our son to be with her when I went back to work. He started at only 10 months old and has had such an incredible time in her setting.
She is warm, kind and nurturing. She works from the EYFS curriculum and the children in her care are very well looked after. They eat healthy, home cooked nutritious meals and learn through play in the most exciting ways.
My son absolutely thrived with her, and we were very sad when I was his time to leave and go to nursery. However, the skills she taught him meant that he skipped in on his first day, feeling confident to socialise with the other children. Thank you Kelci!

We have been with Kelci and Erika for two years. My daughter started at 18 months and we are leaving now she is 3 as we are moving country. The ladies have been such a huge and integral part of her life and therefore our lives and we are forever grateful for their love and care.
After touring many nurseries around the area we finally found Kelci had an opening and from the moment we met her and toured her facility we knew this was where we wanted our daughter. The ladies are so kind and warm, it is a pleasure to see all of the little ones running inside to start their day.
They have jam-packed days full of singing, dancing, games, arts & crafts as well as lots of outside time in her beautiful garden. Our daughter has learned so many songs, nursery rhymes as well as numbers and letters!
We receive pictures daily of all the fun they are having :)
She receives home made meals every day and has thrived from the moment she started. Many milestones have been met and celebrated together.
Communication is always amazing, we receive great advice whenever needed and rather amazingly in two years there has never been an issue with sickness.
We are so thankful to have you both taking the absolute best care of our girl these last few years, we are so sad to be leaving you, whoever takes her place with you will be so incredibly lucky! XxXx

We were very impressed during our first meeting with Kelci, she was very professional and we straight felt like she was the right choice of childminder for our daughter! Our daughter spend almost a year with Kelci and we saw her growing, getting confident and happy to be in the setting and interacting with the other kids easily! Kelci is doing so much for them, a lot of interesting and seasonal activities, the garden is lovely and taking care of, with a lot of games for the kids.
The food is excellent as well, our daughter was eating more and more and got very good at eating with a spoon!
We always got somes pictures during the day during the activities, napping or playing even sometimes adorable videos of the kids singing and dancing together.
We couldn't have dreamed of a better childminder for our daughter and it was with very heavy heart to leave her. It is going to be hard to find a similar incredible person in our new country ❤️

From the moment I first met Kelci I felt so relaxed and at ease, I had a strong sense of peace that she would look after my son...and she and Erica have surpassed everything I could ever hope for!! I have never ever met anyone so genuine, caring, loving and CREATIVE!! She takes childcare to a whole new level. My son Jonathan has been attending for the past year and a half and he has honestly flourished in every area of his development. When he first started he had bad eczema and lots of food allergies and she handled it all wonderfully. She has supported us through lots of milestones and prepared my boy perfectly for a larger setting at nursery. I'm so sad to say bye and would have stayed as long as possible if it wasnt for having to move abroad. I could write a book full of praises, but I will end with saying that I couldnt have been more fortunate meeting Kelci and Erica - my husband and I are eternally grateful! And if we are ever back I'm Ealing with another little one we will be lining up outside your door! Anyone would be lucky to have their child cared for by Bumblebee childminding!

Kelci has been looking after our son since he was 10 months old. Our little one settled in very fast. Kelci has a lot of experience and she is so great at communicating and updating us. We love seeing all the beautiful craft activities they do on a weekly basis. Our son is very happy and we are so pleased to see all the progress. She is doing an amazing job to ensure he will be ready for nursery. We honestly couldn't recommend anyone else better than Kelci to look after young children.

My son Fletcher was with Kelci for 9 months this year and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the wonderful care he got. The only reason Fletcher isn’t with Kelci now is because we moved out of the area (although I did almost contemplate the hour journey each way to keep him there!)
Kelci has a wonderful positive energy, and would greet us with such a lovely happy smile every morning that we felt immediately happy to leave our little chap with her and Erica. Fletcher would happily leap into her arms and wave me goodbye each morning, which was such a reassuring feeling.
In addition, since being with Kelci his language and general socialising has developed so rapidly. He would come home tired after a day of fun and play!
As I say, I cannot recommend highly enough and we already miss Kelci and Erica hugely. If you move to Surrey any time soon, Kelci, it would be great for us 😂

Our daughter joined Kelci at 1 yr old and stayed with her for over 2 yrs. She felt at ease from the beggining and couldn't wait to go to Kelci every day.
She provides a great, caring and intimate setting and offers a lovely mix of indoor and outdoor activities to foster their development in addition to a diverse and healthy menu.
Our daughter developped into a social, brave, respectful and outspoken toddler partly thanks to Kelci's approach.
Kelci is super knowledgeable and full of advice. She has supported us in our daughter's personal development goals such as control of emotions and potty training. The other great advantage is that Kelci was very flexible and we were able to adapt the hours based on our work.
We are going to miss getting pictures of what our daughter has been up to on weekly basis but moslty we will miss Kelci's welcoming smile every morning and those end-of-day chats about my daughter's development or proud/naughty moments. It is an amazing setting for any young child!

Our son has been with Kelci for 2 years (since the age of 1). He settled in straight away and always seemed happy and well looked after. His development over the time with Kelci has been incredible. She has fostered his love of nature, arts and crafts, reading and physical activity. She has a lovely mix of trips out to the park and time playing and learning at home both indoors and outdoors. Our son has learned to socialise and share with other children and has reached a level where he is ready to move onto the next stage of learning and development. We are so happy he could do all of this in a caring, intimate setting. He was always well fed and Kelci has always supported us in our personal development goals with him such as potty training and self dressing. We love getting pictures of what he has been up to in the day on WhatsApp. The other great bonus for us is Kelci's flexibility. My husband and I are both doctors and our hours can be long and at times unpredictable. Kelci has always done her best to help us out with this. We are so happy with Kelci that our second son is due to start with her at the end of the year!

We were so nervous to leave our son for the first time with someone we didn’t know but Kelci was so caring and understanding from day one. She is professional, confident and experienced which made us feel calm and happy. Our son learnt and developed so much during the 2 years he was at Kelci that we cannot recommend her enough. They do different activities every day, plus they enjoy playing in the nice little garden she has.

My two year old son has been with Kelci for 7 months and he has been so happy and we've seen a visible improvement in his confidence, playing skills and listening. This is down to the excellent environment Kelci nurtures, she is very experienced and so warm towards the children. No day is the same with so many interactive play themes, group sing a longs and so much more. I feel so reassured when my son is there and will definitely chose Kelci for my second child.
