About Me
Hi I’m Rowena I am 34 years old I've been married for 12 years I have a son who is 8, we have 2 cats and a lovely big fish tank.
I am registered with Ofsted to childmind from my home, I have worked in a nursery environment for 10 years before changing and working from home being a childminder doing the job I love the most.
At Row’s house we love getting messy, going to the forest, the zoo, toddler groups, the beach exploring all different places waiting to see where our next adventure will take us. I am a home from home setting and a relaxed environment with lots of free play and adult led activity’s and also following the children’s interests and requests too. I have space available from July 2022
My Experience
I have had experience working within a pre school, crèche, nursery and first school looking after a variety of children.
I was an acting manager for 7 months and before that I was a deputy manager for 3 years and when I started my job in 2010 I was a nursery officer while based in the nursery I have worked with children aged 0-5 primarily being based in the 0-2 room and 3-5 room. I am fully qualified at level 3 and I have full knowledge of the EYFS and I have a DBS check, I am also on the update service too.
I have completed the following courses and they are up to date.
